Not for me
As a working adult, I understand the importance of an effective pillow for a restful night's sleep, so I can appreciate a high-quality pillow. Most recently, I was able to find a good one but this one was not it.This pillow claims to be designed for stomach and back sleepers. The first few nights of sleeping on my back caused neck pain. I had a knot-like pain in the upper region of my neck. I was forced to use my massage chair to alleviate the pain. So, for the third night, I purposefully slept on my stomach, as opposed to my back. Fortunately, the pain did not return. However, the pillow's slenderness required me to extend its support by placing my arm beneath it. This was only viable for a short time before I needed to reposition.I want to point out that the pillow has a soft texture to it, and the stitching should help it maintain its form. This quilt-like stitching in the middle distinguishes it from ordinary pillows. However, its length makes it unsuitable for standard pillowcases.Overall, I intend to use this pillow as a decorative accent in a pillow sham because it is not the quality pillow I require for a restful night's sleep.

Very comfortable for someone who likes a thin pillow, but too long for normal cases
I'm loving this thickness of the pillow. I feel like most pillows tout their fluff and plushness, but I'm someone who prefers a thinner pillow. My experience is that big fluffy pillows hurt my neck and I'd almost rather sleep without a pillow when my only option is one of these huge ones. Finally I've found my favorite pillow. This is a soft thinner pillow that feels like it will retain the right amount of thickness (not flattening completely) over time. It feels like it's made well and seems durable. The one complaint I have is that it's about 8 inches longer than a typical pillow case. I'm currently using two standard pillow cases- one going either way, to cover the pillow.

Adds Comfort for Stomach Sleepers
I got this pillow for my 14-year-old daughter. She sleeps on her stomach, and was curious about ways to be more comfortable. She's been using this for a few nights, and she likes it.The pillow is delivered packed in a cylinder bag, compressed tightly. Upon opening, the pillow expands. It took a few hours for it to reach fullness. The pillow is a good size for adding some softness beneath your stomach, side, or mid-section while sleeping. It's wide enough to allow for some movement. The pillow is not extremely plump, closer to the consistency of a thick down blanket than a pillow. It's just enough to add comfort, but without lifting that part of your body up too much.If you are planning to use this as a regular pillow, beneath your head, it might be too thin for that purpose. This is a nice additional pillow if you need a little more comfort when sleeping. I recommend it.

Very nice pillow but just too thin for me
This pillow is made very well. The quality is outstanding. I really like the horizontal grooves and the memory foam. It is a very nice pillow. But for me, it is a bit too thin. I've been using it on top of another thin pillow to have it just the way I like it. Laying on the pillow alone, it felt like my head was right on the mattress. Of course, I know it wasn't and I'm being dramatic but I realized I need a little more elevation. I am a stomach sleeper and that is why this pillow caught my eye. My husband has always liked thinner pillows and he likes it very much. We will continue to use it, just maybe not the way it was intended to be used.

Great for front or back sleeping
I sleep on both back or front so this pillow height is perfect for me. It seemed low for the first few minutes, then I felt the relief of not being smothered in my pillow for a change, while trying to sleep on my front. The only thing I would improve would be to have a side that is completely flat, instead of having the quilting. It was comfortable enough with the pillowcase flattening it out but would have been more so without the uneven pile.

An OK pillow
I am always in search of the perfect pillow. I often have neck issues so when I saw that this design was for cervical neck alignment I thought I would give it a try. As stated in the description, this pillow is ultra thin and flat, I think it certainly flatter than what it looks like in the product pictures. I'm not so much put off by that, but I can definitely see how some people would be. I do like the fact that it has a kind of raised area that goes around the outside of the pillow. I found that this gave support to my neck. I will say that it's an ok pillow. I don't think that I could make this the pillow that I sleep on every single day, but I can definitely use it for those nights when I need to keep my neck more in alignment. I think that size is too large. I'm not quite sure why it's so big. Even when I sleep on my stomach, I would be fine with a normal-sized pillow. It came in a vacuum-sealed bag and honestly, I was happy that there was no plasticky odor upon opening. I think that the price isn't too bad. I know you can get cheaper pillows but there are also way more expensive ones on the market. I think this is nicely in the middle.

I am surprised by the results
I am a stomach sleeper and I am a pillow snob. I figured I would give this pillow a try but assumed NOTHING would beat my longtime favorite, my down filled pillow. I hug my pillow mold it to whatever shape I like. Now this pillow will have NONE of that. It stays flat. And it is very flat. But someone must have really study how people sleep. I have been using it for 2 weeks straight and I have less stiff necks. I am tossing and turning less. I also found that I am sleeping on my back. A LOT! I have never slept on my back. So I am sleeping better but I just don't like that I can't squeeze and manipulate this pillow. It stays flat. For now I am continuing to use it.
