I used to have one of these but it broke after a year. Although it wasn’t built to last I liked it. Decided to repurchase the same one. For context, I used to wear this at a level 6/7. I put it on level 2 to start and noticed I felt a zap in addition to the pulsation sensation. Thought maybe I forgot how the sensation is supposed to feel but after a little bit I realized that was something was definitely wrong. Took it off and had red burn marks where two of the patches were. This should not be sold. I compared it to my old dusty one ( was hoping I could use both since I just replaced the old one’s gel pads) and noticed the gel pads on the new version were thinner. Buyer beware.

If you keep a consistent use of it, you should start seeing results pretty quickly. I used it for two weeks before I started noticing slight improvements on my ab muscles, and it works great on the biceps.

I just received item yesterday and have only used it once. I will say, it’s very flimsy. The sticking pads work ok but not that great. I’d say the arm pads work best for me but it hardly does anything for my stomach. Purchased this hoping it’ll help strengthen my muscles as I continue to lose weight.I go to the gym 4x a week for 1 1/2 hours. 40 pounds down and counting. I’ll come back to write another review in a few months to see if it did what it’s advertised it would. No complaints or anything yet.Alright, so I have been using this EMS trainer for 20 minutes a day for the last 4 months now. I posted an updated progress shot. Picture on the left was my stomach 4 months ago, picture on the right is my stomach now. I have to say, I am SHOCKED by the results. With a clean diet(calorie deficit), working out in a gym for 1 hr 4x a week, and EMS training 20 minutes a day 5x a week, I have lost 54 pounds. My abs are starting to form and my arms are forming muscles. I strength train only once a week so I’m quite certain that this EMS trainer has made a huge difference in my progress. There are a few things that I don’t like about it. 1. sometimes it shocks me. I’m not sure why, but sometimes it’s hardly useable because of how hard it shocks. I had to change the sticky pads every time this happened. 2. The sticky pads don’t last long, and they don’t give you enough of them to last. I’ve been using this for 4 months and I am already done to two pads left. But the things I love about it? 1. It has easily helped me lose more weight and brought my stomach down. 2. It is a convenient way to train when I’m not in the gym. 3. It sped up my weight loss! 268 in April, I’m 216 today! Overall, 4 out of 5. Very happy with this purchase. Going to update again in another 6 months.

I bought this product about 3 months ago. It worked great, helped me build muscle. but one of the transmitters suddenly stopped working. I hit the button to increase it and it will light up but it doesnt increase, the number increases on it for maybe a second before it turns itself back down to 0 and shuts off. I just let it charge for a couple of hours and it still does it.

I received this product a few days ago and it was fairly easy to use. I have used it after my back surgery , not able to do much excessive exercise, and I can definitely feel the burn. It has good power and overall is a great find!

I read a lot of reviews and purchased this one. This is the second day using the system and have to say, it packs a punch. Loads of muscle pulsing power! I've never used anything like this before. So far I'm impressed. Like other reviews, it needs to come with better instructions, although I figure it out after looking at the photos on the box and the Amazon ad again. The USB power is great (3 in one connection). Charges fast.Don't try and drink anything while the using the bi-cep ones, your arms and hands will shake. I'm using it twice a day, in the morning when I walk my dog, and afternoon. I took measurements to see what the results will be in a week. I will post my results.

i thought there would be more to it and it would be made of sturdier material.
