It's a perfect fit for my five year old and I love that it's adjustable, it can be clipped under the chin with a drawstring so it doesn't get lost. My 5 years old granddaughter loves pink so I thought this would be ideal for her, keep the sun off her and also put a smile on her face.She is probably the same size as most 5 years old and unfortunately this hat is too big for her. As it has a brim the fact that it's too big for makes it unpractical for her to wear it.This would be ideal for a bigger child. The brim is big enough to protect the whole face from the effects of the sun and it also has extra large brim at the back to protect the back of the neck.It's very lightweight so should be comfortable to wear during the very hot weather we get.

You can never be too careful when it comes to protecting young children from the effects of the sun and with the current warm spell we're getting this is a perfect solution to help cover up my 5 year old daughter whilst she's out playing and with the school field trips she's been going on.The hat has an adjustable chin strap which is easy for her to adjust herself, another adjuster on the back to help with the sizing, although we found this to be a perfect fit for her, a large rim to shade her face and a huge back to cover her neck. The addition of mesh inserts also helps with air circulation and as she loves the pink colouring we had no issues with convincing her to wear it. Highly recommended.

The sim hat is well designed with nice graphic on it. The size is fine and my kid likes it. It’s easy to put it on and it does do the job. Try it.
