This headphone performs as advertized or better.
This writeup pertains to the ACIL Stereo Bluetooth In-ear Earphones, with the Dynamic Driver & Knowles Balanced Armature. I purchased one headset through Amazon. It connected easily to my Android phone. Because I was pleased with the performance, I ordered one for my wife a few days later. She was (and continues to be) very pleased with the performance of her headset. My unit performed very well for the first month. Then, I began to notice a degradation. It appears that the headphone’s ability to receive the Bluetooth signal degraded over the next month. After a month, the headset would receive a signal only if it was within two feet of the telephone. Through the Amazon web site, I contacted the provider, Aosotech. I explained my observations. Aosotech was very courteous, and swiftly honored the 1-year warranty by sending me a replacement unit. After eight months, my wife’s headphone continues to work flawlessly. My replacement headphone continues to work flawlessly. I attribute the problem I encountered to having received unit that developed an error during manufacture. The headphone’s sound quality is as advertised. The sound is deep and full. When one of the telephone’s sound enhancement features is turned on (e.g., Surround or Concert Hall), the sound is even more full, and very pleasant for listening. The battery life exceeds the advertised value of 11 hours. I performed a test on the battery’s duration. When listening to a book on tape (in this test case, I used the ESV Bible), with the volume set to medium, the battery lasted 13.1 hours. When listening to music (classical and pop), with the volume set to medium, the battery lasted 12.5 hours. The headphone gives status by voice. When it is turned on, it says “Power on. Battery high (or medium or low). Bluetooth connected.” I believe that “high’ means the battery has between 75% - 100% charge, “medium” means the battery has between 25% - 75% charge, and “low” means less than 25%. If the battery is full (near 100%), the headphone typically will not announce the battery’s reserve power level. When it is turned off, it says “Power off.” When the battery approaches being fully depleted, the headphone will state “Battery low” for 3 or 4 times over the last 20 - 30 minutes. When the volume button on the headphone is adjusted up or down, the headphone will announce “Volume maximum” or Volume minimum” when those extremes are reached. As advertized, the battery recharges in 2 hours or less, particularly if a 2-amp charger is used. The construction is good. As with all earbuds of this type, the user must treat the earbuds with general caution so that the wire does not break.I am very pleased with these headphones. My wife is very pleased also. We would definitely buy this product again.

Incredibly comfortable with fantastic sound!
These are AMAZING! I’ve been looking for small comfortable Bluetooth headphones for months! I spent a ridiculous amount of time reading reviews and looking at pictures of earbuds, and these have lived up to my expectations. They come with many different size silicone buds to fit you most comfortably. This is great for me and my small ears. I love too that they don’t stick out 3ft and weigh an arm and a leg! They are very light weight and easy to move around in. Took them on a test run tonight and was so impressed with how well they stayed put, I nearly forgot I was wearing them! Last but definitely not least...the sound quality of these are fantastic!!! I’m beyond pleased with these and would 100% recommend them!!

Great product until they stopp working
These were great headphones I had no problem with them. They would last the whole week on a charge. But now having them for over two months they literally stop working. They would turn on but they would not sync with my phone. The voice in the headphone does not saying anything anymore. And when i do turn it on the part where the battery is/plug it in to charge gets so hot that I can barely hold on to it for more than 3 seconds. As for the customer support (haha) what customer support. These so called people don't even answer any emails and still no phone number on website. What good does it do any of us if they are not going to respond to any of us that have had the similar problems with our headphones. So plain and simple if you are thinking of buying these headphones do not, I repeat DO NOT buy these headphones or buy from this come either. Unless you want to waste your money go with some one better than them or these headphones.

Ease of use, Ease of pairing, overall good design.
I've been using these for just a couple of days, so I'm still assessing the range and the ease of configuring them with different devices, as well as the sound quality.I've found that an unobstructed range is best for maximizing how far the signal is sent. It meets my expectations. If I wander too far away from my device, the sound begins to break up before I hear the "disconnect" message, and I am able to pause the recording before I lose the connection.I am using the device mostly for audiobooks, so I can't speak too extensively about the quality of the sound. The volume is consistent, I can hear it above background noise, but it doesn't cancel noise entirely (which is a good thing to me), so don't expect to use these as noise-cancelling headphones.I've configured the device to work with my phone, with my smart speaker, and with my laptop. It was found easily by all devices, and I've run into no problems at all.I love the magnet feature. I just snap them together and tuck the ear buds in my shirt for easy access. I'm hoping it will help keep me from losing them as quickly as I lost my last pair of ear buds. Finally, the controls are easy to find and use without having to look at them, so if someone starts talking to me, I can reach up and pause without looking like a jerk. Nice job.

Great sound, good value!
I really like these headphones. I'm not a hardcore audiophile but most of the in ear headphones that I've used either have decent bass response but sound dull on the higher frequencies or have clear highs but wind up sounding tinny because of poor low end performance. Most headphones use either balanced armature or dynamic drivers each of which has its pros and cons. These incorporate both types of technology into their drivers . I'm not a sound engineer but the end result is deep resonant bass, bright clear highs and warm midtones with excellent separation between instruments. They are also loud. The noise cancelling is just passive, which is the only downside, but active noise cancellation adopted for earbud style headphones has it's own set of drawbacks. At $60 they aren't cheap but they sound a lot better than Beats that are twice as much money. I'm very happy with them and I think they are a relative bargain.
