Flexible is the main idea
The combo pack included a flexible lighter which came in handy to light my older ventless heater. Helped keep my pipes from freezing in my utility room.

No flame adjustment.
These BIC lighters are as advertised, and BIC lighters are generally well made and durable. I imagine that these are too.They seem to light dependably, however the safety button is a little hard to press.I was disappointed to find that there is no flame adjustment, and a view window for the fuel level would be nice. I will admit that these features are usually mentioned in products that have them, and these lighters did not. My bad.The price is very good, I'll see if they last for a while, using them to start fires in a fire pit.
