I ordered this paddle because it was endorsed by a pickleball pro who placed it 8 out of the 10 best for 2023. I have played with it for 18 games and it is the best paddle I have ever owned and I have played with many of the name brands the last 4 1/2 years. I am a strong 4.0 player and the Pacific Paddle Labs Pipeline 16mm has improved my game, especially the short rally's. The sweet spot is ample and the foam infused around the edges has a damping effect on vibration. Controlling the ball has become easier without sacrificing any power. The paddle is well balanced and it is the perfect weight for my game. The carbon surface is a benefit that has helped with spinning some shots. I like the ridged grip, although some players would replace it. My last two paddles were a Ben Johns Franklin 13mm and a Rockne Curved Classis 13mm. This Pacific paddle is superior in every way. I am playing with the 16mm.I don't see the reason to spend $180 + on any paddle. If you don't have the ability to begin with, buying an expensive paddle will not make a difference. For what it has to offer, this paddle is worth every cent. The 20% discount was a nice incentive. Probably will not last long.

This paddle checks the box on everything you want in a paddle. Control, power, feel, size, weight, and the biggest sweet spot. Highly recommended

I have purchased the 16 mm and the 13 mm versions. This may seem backwards, but the weight difference makes the 16mm have more power rather than the 13 mm. I would say that the 13 mm has more pop though. The 16 mm is better for resets and dinking and power from the baseline is better with a 16 mm also. When I say pop, I’m referring to what the ball does with you not putting your own power behind it. Both of these paddles are high-quality that offer great spin and control.

It is essentially a lighter Joola Ben John (a Joola clone). I directly compared the two. My buddy has the Joola and could not tell the difference. Nice spin, great control (16 mm). I did not like the grip, not a fan of the ridge grip (didn’t like the Joola for same reason).

Lightweight. May add some weight around the head. Powerful at net and great control with drops and dinks!

All paddles are made in China with poor quality

The quality was amazing and since he plays in tournaments I take his work for it , he was extremely happy with them !!

I love this paddle. It is my new favorite paddle and I will be sure to get another one when the time comes. Control, pop and a massive sweet spot. The original grip is a little slippery but I still love it
