Absolutely love this for my toddler! I trust him to use it with us in the kitchen, and he’s learning each time he uses it! Definitely worth it!

Bought these for my 2.5 year old. He loves them and can actually use the knives to cut up some things. It's super cute and he gets to "help" make dinner!

I have an array of knives that are inexpensive and they keep going dull. I have a very nice sharpening tool/stone but it seems like after I use them a couple times, they're dull again. So I decided to invest in a decent chef’s knife. I got this on sale for $14.99 which was quite a bit cheaper than the original price. I was a little hesitant because usually when things get slashed so much, it’s because there’s issues with the product and they’re just trying to move their surplus. But I have to admit that I was pleasantly wrong.I will admit that right out of the box the blade protectors had come off and I almost cut myself. So I would suggest having a coverage for the length of the whole blade and not just a small little plastic piece on the tip or the sharp point closest to the handle. But that aside, the blade is definitely is sharp!I cook a lot of veggies, being a vegan, so the first thing I wanted to test it on was raw onions because I use them every single day. Not only did it slice through an entire solid onion like it was water but I was able to slice pretty close to paper thin slices just holding the onion with my hand and not having to use some sort of a guide. The knife rinsed very well with just a little warm soap and water on a sponge. However, do be careful because I am used to dull knives and this one did slice a piece of my sponge off. LOLI was hoping they had a smaller set of knives so that I could get like a paring knife, etc. but unfortunately - at least here on Amazon - I don’t see that yet. But I don’t see any problem with using this knife for all of my slicing needs.

The knife is very sharp so be careful. The handle has a lot of weight to it. I had no problem with the weight. I liked this knife so much that I ordered one for my daughter. She loves the knife.

I mean, it's a knife yes, knives hold function pretty well. However, I ENJOY this knife. It fits my grip and grip style very well, and it has enough heft that the "knife does the work". My first slice on a tomato was rapture! It seems to hold it's edge well as I haven't had sharpness issues since I've purchased it (a few months of home level food prep).If I didn't already have one, I'd buy one again!

The knife handles well and cuts well. Good balance. Easy to clean. The box and the peeler completes the package nicely. You wouldn’t want this knife lying around the kitchen so clean and put it back in the box after use. It’s been a pleasure to use it for the last few days. Although it is hard to find the sweet spot with any knife, 56+-2 HRC I can live with. Time will tell how much it will hold its quality, sharpness, resistance, etc. but good first impressions. Also the price point during prime days, hard to match.

The apple pealed works , if you have a spot alredy started. The crinkle cutter does have a sharp edge. But I expect that from Thai kind of shape. My toddlers are obsessed with cutting veggies now and helping with supper. This is a great kit
