Convenient bottle design, same great product, lower price
Minoxidil is a standard formulation, so the medication is the same as any other, but the advantages of this product come from the bottle design. These small bottles are even more convenient for transportation than travel-sized aerosols, since these are noticeably smaller yet carry the same amount of minoxidil. They are the same size as minoxidil fluid dropper containers, yet dispense it in a foam. Foam minoxidil is so much easier to apply in the proper amount and location than by trying to use a dropper. Using a dropper just makes such a mess compared to applying the foam directly. Overall, this is a good product and I do recommend it.

It works if you use as directed
Very powerful product I was told by my Dermatologist male or female can use 5% although check with your own physician or Dermatologist or Hair specialist don’t think that more is better because it’s not use it as directed and watch a video so you can learn how not to have too much on your hair

With consistency, time, and patience, results will show.
I was a bit hesitant when I first started using TOMUM 5% Minoxidil Foam. The product I had been using before was either discontinued or no longer available on Amazon, and it was actually working pretty well for me. But I have to say, this new product works just as well, if not better. I've been using it on my scalp, eyebrows, and beard, and I haven't experienced any side effects. One thing I really like about this foam is that it maintains its consistency. Unlike other products that quickly turn into liquid, this one stays nice and foamy. It doesn't last me a whole month because I use it on different areas, but if you're only using it on one specific spot, a bottle should last you a month. For even better results, I highly recommend using this product along with rosemary oil and a dermaroller. But keep in mind, this is a long-term commitment. You won't see significant results for at least 6 months to a year. So be patient and stick with it.Overall, I'm really impressed with TOMUM 5% Minoxidil Foam. It's become my go-to replacement for my old product, and I definitely recommend giving it a try.

Solid performance at a reasonable price
This is a good product. It soaks into the scalp pretty quickly and delivers the medicine effectively. I’d been on another minoxidil product for a few months before this one but lately they raised the price. This product, has a reasonable price and does the job. I haven’t noticed any shedding, so I know it’s working. Would prefer as better pump mechanism for a perfect 5 star review, but I will be repurchasing it for sure

2 month update
Only been using for 30 days so too soon to tell. Tomum was recommended to me by my BiL who I have not seen in 7 months. I commented on all the extra hair he’d had since we last met. Wow! I had more hair than he the last time. He told about Tomum and strongly endorsed it. But also told me to be patient as it took him 4 months to see results, and to order the foam product. I ordered the next day. I’ll be happy with half the results he got.Start 12/28/23. 3/1/24 (pics in wrong order)

Here's hoping this will work!
My hair is thinning badly and am trying the Tomum 5% Minoxidil foam to see if I can, at least, stop the hair loss. Per all I've read it takes 2 -3 months to see a result, so I don't have any results yet, but I will say, I am happy with the product. I like that it has no smell and is relatively easy to apply. I have long hair, so trying to get the foam to the scalp is a bit of challenge, but I've found applying it directly from the bottle works better than trying measure and then get the foam out of the cap as directed.I also like that I can apply it in the a.m. and then once dry it does not leave any residue or stickiness on my hair.

It’s a “maybe” for me
I am a 2 year 5% minoxidil foam user, ever since my dermatologist recommended it for thinning hair. I have mostly used Rogaine and Equate brands, but the price of this brand was so much cheaper I decided to give it a try. First, it’s too early to say how effective it is. Results take months to appear. So I cannot speak to that. I have had modest success with Minoxidil in the past. A win would be to not lose any of that ground. But I do have a couple of hesitations about this product. Although it is called a foam, it doesn’t act much like one. It does come out of the bottle vaguely foamy, but then immediately turns into a liquid and begins to drip, faster than I can begin rubbing it into my scalp. The dispenser at the top of the bottle is not narrow, but more like the pump nozzle of a facial moisturizer. So it is hard to control where the “foam” goes if I try to apply the foam directly to my scalp from the bottle. My hair is much more wet when I am finished than with the other brands. I am not able to concentrate the product solely on the scalp, where it needs to be. Finally, directions say to apply the 5% foam twice a day. But both Rogaine and Equate have directions calling for once a day application of the 5% foam. I am curious about that discrepancy. NIH research has concluded in a study that once-a-day application of 5% Minoxidil is as effective as the 2 times-per-day needed for 2% Minoxidil. It does leave me to wonder if this company can sell the brand more cheaply because they are having customers use twice as much as needed for efficacy, therefore doubling their profit. The jury is still out on this for me. I am not loving the application nozzle and the runny foam. But the price is tempting - especially because I use it once a day instead of twice.
