So far it’s runs over three hours but I haven’t had it a month yet. Cannot comment on easy to install because Best Buy geek squad installed it. You cannot install batteries yourself like you used to. So far so good

It worked amazingly temporarily for like a week, and now it's stuck at 1%. It's not inflamed or anything so I think there is just an error with the product. :(d

Extended the life of my $2K laptop by another year or two easily! The only hiccup was the battery connector which does not prevent plugging in upside down. So if your battery doesn't charge after installation try reversing the connector. It worked for me :)

Failed to charge on several occasions. Then led to a series of BSODA with error messages related to kernal power.

This is the second time I am replacing my battery on HP 360 and the previous brand Boweirui only lasted a little over a year until it started to bubble up. it still holds its charge but doesn't feel safe to use anymore so I tried this brand because it was same-day delivery (Love Prime) and the price was cheap too. fits like a glove and seems to be working. and comes with a handy tool that fits the tiny screws.I will continue to use it and update my review if anything happens but so far so good.
