I love this hair. Its very pretty and shiny. It doesn't come with a bad smell and its very easy to use. Totally recommend on buying you won't be disappointed.

The amount of hair did come as described however the packaging says hair is for kids went back to the description and didn't find it listed as that. Hair does have a slight smell to it, on the package it does say from China so who knows far as narrowing it down to what it is. The twist aren't uniform at all looks like they may come loose and some pieces are barely twisted together and the ends are a bit ratted, the sizing is different from pack to pack. Not sure at this time if I'll use these or just return them, I'll give it a few days to see if this smell goes away or not. * I will update this comment later once I decide * I'm updating my review:: the customer service is amazing they got back to me very fast and did rectify the issue with the hair, I received another batch and those were alot better. I did have the hair installed they are lightweight I only kept them in for a few weeks and the hair held up quite well. There was a little tangling but no different than any of the other hairs that I've gotten from the beauty supply store. I would definitely buy again from them based off the awesome service that they provided me and how easy it was to get them replaced.

This is NOT my first time buying this hair!! Thinking about becoming loyal customer. The hair is soft, now I do soak mine in apple cider vinegar and shampoo before installing. I have sensitive scalp and CANNOT do synthetic hair at all, but this works for me so I am sticking to it. The hair is light and bouncy. I have a big head so I had to order 2 packs of hair, and I may have used 1.5 but it doesn't feel like it at all. That is why I like this hair so much. I always receive compliments with this hair and the fact that it is crochet is a plus. I do not have patience anymore to sit down for 4+ hours and 2 hours works just fine for me. I have a little one that likes attention so it could probably be 1.5 hours but hey.. it works for me. I like this hair, don't care for the hair jewels those just look cheap to me but I don't buy it for the accessories anyways. Oh and before I forget, it also comes with a crochet hook. Yes ma'am that is nice. Just be careful, I have had one to break on me before.

I wear this to work instead of a wig. It came with enough to fill my whole head and a bit left over. Next time I might by two to make it extra fuller. Easy to install. Took about an hour not including the braid down. It hides my blue hair perfectly.
