Received the griddle kit but did not receive the actual 2.0 smokeless firepit

I wish I knew
Ordered Sep 2 - still have yet to receive the stove....some accessories were shipped and arrived.....but 3 delays on the stove...when I finally got tracking, it was on a slow truck from Texas....the shipment arrived - NO STOVE!!! previous correspondence with Solo Stove only garnered a "sorry for the frustration" response. The Solo Stove storefront on Amazon leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure if I'll ever get to experience how good these stoves are supposed to be.......
