I’ve only used this for one day and so far I’m in love. I’ve even told my co workers about it. And it even provides a lil hook to hang it. (It’s the little things in life lol) People say I sound clear and good. I did however take off the cushion on the microphone cause it’s a bit large for my liking. My work phone doesn’t provide Bluetooth because I really wanted to wireless one but this has the Detachable piece , which works very well so I am overall very happy with this headset.

In my opinion, this headset should be graded on a curve. It sounds fine, worked perfectly with our Avaya phone sets, and comes with a nice range of accessories. There’s a foam earpiece, a fake leather earpiece (that can be cleaned off if there are multiple users), and an adapter to use it with a cell phone or device with that type of plug. The boom microphone can be flipped for left- or right-ear use, and there’s a disconnect on the cable and a lapel clip.On the downside, it isn’t very comfortable, particularly for extended use. The microphone has a limited range of adjustment, and while lightweight, it screams “cheap headset”That being said, it IS a cheap headset. For occasional use, when you need both hands free and conference calls where you don’t want to use a speakerphone, it is great. If you think this will be for daily use, I’d look for something more adjustable and more comfortable.

you can't go wrong for the price! Very good headset. Microphone arm could be stiffer, a good shake and it moves on you. All in all no real complaints.

DISLIKE: THE HEADBAND NEEDS TO BE STRONGER AND THE "ANCHOR: WIDER AND LONGERLIKE: COMFORTABLE OVER THE EAR, RECEIVES WELL AND TRANSMITS WELL!OVERALL A REASONABLY GOOD PIECE OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE PRICE!

Nothing wrong other than the noise cancellation could be a little better on both sides (mine ad the callers )

This headset is awkwardly designed. The microphone is too heavy and doesn't pivot, which causes the headset to fall forward. There is also way too much tension in the ear pieces. I suppose that's to counterbalance the mic and keep it from falling off entirely. I'm hoping it will loosen up so that I can keep it.That said, the audio quality is very good.I would still not recommend this product. There is another headset out there for an extra $20 that looks better.

Very nice headset for the price. Noise canceling works well. Comfortable to wear and the cord is long

Works great with my Mitel set, just got to turn the feature on in the programming which was easy to do.

Best thing about this headset that it is versatile and works with a landline and a laptop/smart phone as well because of the two options provided at a reasonable cost.

This headset is basic but works great on my polycom phone as expected from the ad description. Nice and clear, cord is a great length to use even on a stand up desk. Very happy with my purchase.Update - we get an echo on most calls, tried different phones and offices. After a month of regular use we are returning it.
