I had brought this product for several reasons.- I'm a Ken Sugimori fan that loves pokemon!- It was on sale- Body-kun/Chan figures tend to sell out fast and are very hard to find from an authentic seller!This figure is also from the actual manufacturer, so you can be assured that you're getting the real deal!Pros:• Your figure comes with several accessories(I love the hat) and a display stand that can actually hold most of the items and additional stand pieces. If you have Body-kun, you even swap acccessories!• It has a wide range of motion with flexible joints, while still maintaining an aesthetically pleasing design(I was very impressed the joints for the knees, waist and feet!)• Compared to the figma line series, this figure has a body type that is a cross between the og figma archetype and the new archetype design(shown in pic above)Cons:• The items provided for Body-chan are little lackluster in my opinion. The hat and bag is nice, but the phone/tablet is just a flat square, which has difficulty staying in the hand. I think if she had the fishing rod Body-kun had, it'd be perfect. The binoculars also needs two hands to be used as well.• The stand cannot hold all the additional pieces you receive. While all the accessories can, the clamp piece for the stand cannot, but I like use the back piece instead.• This is in grayscale, I really wish there was a flesh color• There is no pokeball accessory! I feel like this should've been a given, considering how much work he did for the series, but as the figure is only based on his style it's understandable.Overall: This is an excellent figure for artists or collectors alike. I will personally be using this for drawing/sculpture references. I'd also recommend getting the Body-kun version as well for the accessories and to pose together. These kind of figures go out of stock often and there's so many bootleg sellers out there trying to profit.

Worth every cent. I’m an artist that struggles with proportions and frequently uses bases as a helpful tool. I found myself recently running out of good bases and have so many ideas for poses, but not the skill to put them on paper. This is perfect for that struggle! she’s sturdy, clean, flexible and just a wonderful product overall. The only negative thing I have to say is that it’s sometimes hard to switch her hands as she is very fragile and the ball joints are super tiny. If you’re an artist struggling with anatomy this is the perfect doll for you! p.s. Yes, she even has toe joints!

This product is so awesome, I love the posability of it, and its accuracy to natural anatomy. My only issue ive had is with the head which doesnt seem to move much at all, and when it does it pops off. But other than that this product is amazing and the perfect size! It came with careful packaging with just a slight bit of damage to a corner which didnt affect the figure. I would definitely recommend this!

Alright so i had some speculations about getting him from here or BBTS but i ended up using amazon on this one and oh boy I’m not disappointed in the least!I wanted to get this figure as a model for drawing and also to make my custom Fancy Pants figure i always wanted and never got.The range of motion this guy has is quite good! It’s a lot like my dasin models Garou articulation-wise.He got the head on a ball joint and it can rotate in any way you like, the arms got an upper arm swivel and double jointed elbows (though those joints in the area of the upper arm are a bit stiff) but even with just one side they fold in a lot.The knees are double jointed too and the joints there are smooth in both areas, the thighs can go from the center about 65 degrees each but the thighs can swivel a bit.Overall it’s a very solid figure and aside of how bad the claws of the stand are, i’d say that this figure is worth the money considering the amount of accessories it comes with which is insane, and the fact that this as of writing this review, is probably either the first/second cheapest original body-kun figure you’ll find on the market right now.

I love how this works as an art reference, but it keeps moving around, despite the figure's weight. I might get used to figuring it out on my own until I get better with this. Awesome for posing, but has poor stability.

Overall the product so far is pretty good. Nice packaging with no damage to it. The instructions even though they are in a different language are easy to decipher with google translate. Some pieces in the plastic holder were difficult to get off, I broke the handle of the long sword in the process of removing it but can be easily fixed with hot glue. Hips, shoulders, head, neck, and torso are easy to move with high range of motion to help diverse poses. Elbows and knees are a little stiff, but it is most likely to help keep the pose you want. The container and stand are very nice, multiple options for hands and objects too. Definitely worth the price and have a high chance of getting a good quality product compared to other models/body-kuns on Amazon.

but what is with the little elbow joint for the head the most frustrating thing when I had it and I believe I might have lost it now and I don’t know where I would ever get it something else like that I’m a little bit low-key furious I probably will buy more in the future. I think they are worth the money. They’re beautiful models but I know that having better education on the head is definitely desirable, it actually makes a huge difference the other ones we’re kind of stiff as far as I’ve heard.You can definitely tell that this glasses made with golf in mind obviously once one shoulder is shaped a little bit differently than the other one to facilitate the movement of what would look like a golf swing, but other than that I actually got her because I preferred that she had a smaller chest than any of the other models and that she was a newer models so she had all the articulation I guess

While the black can be a little difficult an adjustable light source will bring out the detail for your refrence pics. Joints are a little stiff but very workable. I really like the proportions and torso movement on this body-chan vs the pale-orange kentaro version. Well worth it for perfect poses.
