Very clean and of high quality. Antler farms does not mess around when it comes to the quality of their products. I have ordered quite a few of their other supplements and have a few of them on auto subscribe. Definitely worth the price 100%. Also their 8x mushroom complex is out of this world pure and extremely highly concentrated as I only use 1/2 of one capsule daily with my coffee- as compared to multiple teaspoons or multiple capsules from other brands to achieve the same results to help focus add/adhd symptoms and otherwise reap the multiple benefits of adaptogenic mushrooms.

I wanted to try this way of getting in some micro nutrients in sync with each other from a natural source. For me, two a day is plenty. No repeating after taking and I don't usually handle oils well with my digestion, but this fat seems to be ok as long as I stick to two. It will take me longer to notice things if there is anything to notice, but that's ok. I like changing out my sources of nutrients now and then to see which one works the best for me and what my digestion tolerance is.

Softges arrived melted and stuck together in a blob and they will not send replacement or refund. I was happy with this supplement but I cannot use softgels that are melted into a blob. I contacted Amazon right away and these is a no refund/exchange policy for this item for some reason. It is defective and they don't care. Bummer, I'll have to find another brand.

Still using can't tell as of yet.

Was there a change in formula? Hip pain is back with the latest bottles I bought in October. I will try to order Ancestral Supplements, I can't handle the pain any more.

I saw these, read of their supposed anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects on skin and hair, and wondered if I'd be able to notice any difference if I took them.The honest answer is 'No', I haven't notice any difference, but that shouldn't necessarily be assumed to be a negative. Supplements are very difficult to evaluate for a number of reasons, but mostly because they have to be taken over a period of time and then evaluated to determine if they've made you look or feel better in a quantifiable way. Because of that, I had to wait until consuming most of them before writing a review. Now that I've done that, the jury is out.Another reason that it's hard to rate their efficacy is, you don't exactly how you'd look or feel if you hadn't taken the supplement for the same period of time! On the plus side, they're not too large and they don't taste bad. I let on dissolve completely in my mouth to see if there was a bad taste from whatever is inside. It wasn't unpleasant, nor could it considered to be a taste treat.One thing I DON'T like is what they call the "Serving Size", which is six soft gels. As a senior citizen, I already take a number of vitamins, medications and supplements, and adding six to my daily swallow isn't something I looked forward to. Two would've been a more palatable number, but there ya go.So, not a 5-star review, not a 1-star review. I just can't say whether these have helped in any way. Maybe I should end by saying that if you are 100% certain that this is what you need, or your doctor recommends it, this may be a good purchase.
