Ya'll don't really need to know that I run a bit constipated, but I guess now you know!I wanted to try the castor oil pack as I'd seen ads on instagram and influencers had been posting about it too. I search and search and finally landed on this listing and it had everything I was looking for, and more. Castor oil is thick and sticky, and I didn't know any other easy way to get the oil on my body without ruining my clothes with oil - so this wrap is perfect. I've used an ice pack in it, and that felt especially nice when I had a strained abdominal muscle.I haven't quite figured out how to wash everything yet. I used dish soap, but it didn't fully remove the leftover oil from the flannel. I should probably research that process a bit further. For now, I just keep using it as is...I just add a little more oil every time and let it seep into my skin. I leave it out in the open to air out when I'm not using it and the mesh bag is actually a perfect spot to store the flannel insert so it can still air out while not in use.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.I put a drizzle of oil on the flannel insert, then I wrap the whole thing around my belly and velcro it closed. I wear it for hours and the next day, I'm guaranteed to go (if you know what I mean).

I like this product and use it almost every night. It’s Velcro instead of having a string tie, which is nice because the strings aren’t in the way but it also doesn’t fasten as tightly around my waist as I would like it to, so it feels like there’s some gaping. Otherwise, it works well and doesn’t seem to leak the castor oil!

Castor oil packs are so beneficial and these are just what I needed. Can't say anything bad about them.

We have used castor oil packs for YEARS, but this is our first castor oil pack WRAP. It is way more CONVENIENT than the way we have done them over the years, which is putting flannel soaked in castor oil over our liver, injured area, etc., laying a plastic bag over that, then a heating pad, & then a couple of towels over that to keep in the heat. Then you have to lie down for an hour.With this WRAP, I can walk around, sleep, etc. & NO mess!!It is EASY to wash! EASY to put on! EASY to wear!I LOVE the ADJUSTABLE waist band & that there are NO awkward buttonholes to fumble with. The fit is COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZABLE with the aplix / Velcro closure and is FABULOUS!LOVE the thyroid wrap too. I am VERY pleased with this set & am considering ordering another few so more family members can have one to use.I WOULD purchase this wrap set again.

Having previously used a traditional wool flannel pack but finding it inconvenient and messy, I found this belted pack simple and easy to use. Both the belt and the inner layer appear well-made and are soft to wear. The one side of the inner layer is a soft, absorbent fabric; the other side is leak resistant. Just add the desired amount of oil then put the belt on. I use a heating pad, instead of hot pack, even though there is a pouch for one. Once the belt is on, it is easy to go about one's activities, as long as the pack is not overly saturated. The belt fabric does not stretch out of shape and the hook-and-loop fasteners hold well. The mesh storage pouch simplifies storage of all of the accessories. If not for finding this pack, I would not have tried castor oil packs, again. For me, this was a good purchase.

So far so good. Material is soft & doesn’t irritate my skin (i have sensitive skin) & the velcro straps are easy & comfortable to wear. I didn’t get those other ones where they only have thin straps bc thought those would dig into my skin, so I’m glad i got this style instead bc it doesnt hurt my skin. Also luv the pocket in front to add a heating pad inside is very soothing. Also this package comes with a cute zipper bag that you can store all the pieces in when not using, which is nice so I dont lose pieces. So far, oil has not leaked out. Material seems sturdy but it is soft not rigid, hard. Would recommend this product.
