Can’t be seen under clothing. Excellent back support. Over a longer time helped hips last longer.
My wife is now 30 weeks pregnant and this looked like a good way to help support her with the aches and pains that come with the added weight and strained movement.As you can see the support is neat and tidy.It was easy to fit thanks to the broad Velcro area.I think her favourite feature after the functionality was just how hidden it was under clothing. The top she was wearing here is quite transparent so it can be see that its on, but there was no bump or seam that showed that the support was under her top, meaning that she could ear this under dresses etc and not worry about it affecting the shape.Over all very pleased indeed.

Not good for PGP
As someone who developed pelvic girdle pain early on, I thought this would help relieve some of that pain. But from my opinion, doesn’t help in the slightest.
