Very good product, padding comfortable.
Seems to be very well made (time will tell). Exactly what I expected. The padding is comfortable around the ankles for reverse squats with cable machine.

Work great
Easy to use and comfortable overall. Does what it's designed for and has been very helpful for two of our teen children who are year round athletes. Good value for price.

Sturdy double ankle cuffs connected together
If you are looking for this configuration of ankle cuffs, as opposed to two separate ankle cuffs, I think you will be completely satisfied with the quality. This is basically two ankle cuffs joined together and attached to an impressively (and perhaps unnecessarily) heavy and large D ring and carabiner. The ankle straps are looped through the strap and therefore self-closing up to the point where the contact the inner padding, so you can't make them tight against normal-size ankles. (I didn't find this a problem.. The padding inside the straps provides good cushioning. The straps are only 2-3/4" wide, which provides less surface area than some ankle cuffs. I don't think this is much of an issue unless perhaps you are using these with very high resistance. They may have been kept relatively narrow so that they aren't too wide to use as hand grips. The main advantages of these over two separate ankle cuffs seems to be that you won't misplace or lose one of them a bit of the resistance will be against your hip abductors since you're essentially trying to pull the two cuffs apart. I'm not sure how significant these advantages are. Also included are five 6" resistance tubes, which are kind of cute and the shortest ones I've ever seen. The advantage of the short length seems to be that fairly heavy resistance kicks in almost as soon as you pull on them. The disadvantage is that they aren't really suitable for exercises requiring much range of motion if you don't want to risk snapping them. (I tested the yellow strap, which is marked 10 lbs., and it reached 10 lbs. of resistance when stretched to 31" (about 5 times its original length). At that length, it was stretched really thin. (The test was done on a Tindeq Progressor 200 tension (pull) dynamometer used by climbers and physiotherapists. It's very accurate (according to third-party research), inexpensive, and is used with a free IOS or Android app.)

Not as expected
I got this to work my legs as suggested by the video tutorial but it’s hard to get on and off of it. Use it for triceps and back exercises.
