James Taylor in superb form
It must be unlikely that James Taylor has ever been in better form than in this performance. He uses a larger band than at the earlier Beacon Theatre performance, and makes full use of the versitility this provides to deliver a broad range of styles and songs - all of them note perfect.The change in moods is one of the strengths of this performance. From the satirical but powerful Steamroller Blues or the classic full-power Knock on Wood to one man and his guitar playing Sweet Baby James. The only constant theme is class, from the band, the backing singers and James Taylor himself.Whatever type of music you like, this is one for the collection.

JT at his very best
Wonderful, fabulous, brilliant concert. We are huge fans of JT and bought a second copy of this DVD so we could have one here and one in our Spanish holiday home. This really is James and his entire band at their very best, songs all his fans would know but always with a slightly different twist. Love it.

My long love of James Taylor prompted me to look on You Tube where I found this. I had to have it for myself to watch whenever I wanted to. I absolutely love it - it shows all aspects of the man. Iv'e now ordered it for my sister for Christmas.

Great All-time favorite!
For those who love the beautiful music and lyrics of James Taylor, this is a must have item. As a fan who has been lucky enough to attend some of his concerts, this a great celebration of the old and the new.

I have never been a James Taylor fan. Yet I tried this concert, and found it beautiful. Quite sweet, Sometimes very relaxed and sometimes powerful, though in a sweet way. Very good!Thank you.

loved james since day one. basically he could sing a 'tv jingle' & i'd still listen. love the way he puts any song over. this was a lovely concert - wish i'd been there. faultless really
