3-in-1 Microcurrent Facial Toning Therapy Device
This 3-in-1 Microcurrent facial toning therapy device was daunting to use at first. I wasn't sure what to expect. I've used both the red and blue lights on it. I like the cooling blue lights because they help with puffiness. I also like the warm light therapy because it makes me feel like I'm at a spa. I didn't have any have problems with it. I charged it up, and I also read the instructions, because I've never used something like this. It worked for me. I will definitely keep using it to see more results!

Cool!
I like this microcurrent facial toning therapy device. Durable, high-quality and sturdy. Nice appearance and style, and packaged perfectly for gifting. Easy to use, and works great. Charges quickly, with adjustable microcurrent level. It can become a little warm, which can be uncomfortable to some.

Good product
This device is good. I definitely feel the cooling sensation, the device itself looks very nice and luxurious packaging was nice, seal shut. No problems at all.

Did not meet expectation
Having used similar devices, I had high expectations for this device with a sleek design. It has microcurrent with blue and red light therapy with heat options. The light therapy is nice in that it requires skin contact to activate the lights which serves to prevent excessive eye exposure. There is no control for the heat options and it gets excessive quickly. The microcurrent does have adjustable levels, but is relatively weak even on its highest setting and requires more conductive gel than most devices to experience the sensation. The small contact balls are uncomfortable when you use the proper pressure. It does come with conduct gel, so it has whet you need to get started, but I still can't recommend this device.

Effective Facial Device
This facial device has impressed me with its performance. The cooling effect of the blue light, possibly enhanced by a small fan, felt refreshing. While the red light occasionally became a bit warm, the EMS microcurrent facial feature worked effectively. Although it didn't significantly reduce wrinkles, it noticeably aided with acne concerns, making it a valuable addition to skincare routines.

3-in-1 Microcurrent Facial Toning Therapy Device by Lumina NRG
Straight out of the box, when I pushed buttons, there were both green and red lights flashing on the device, yet nothing happened. I figured it probably needed a full charge after shipping, so I did so, using the provided charging cord and block. After a few hours of charging, there was steady green light, but still, nothing comes of trying to turn this device on.I'm only able to get lights on the photon end and none on the EMS end. I've tried charging the device directly connected to the charging cable, in case the base was the issue. I've tried charging it on my laptop in case the charging block was the issue. None of these troubleshooting methods have resolved the issue. The included instruction manual is fairly vague. I still don't know what to expect of this device if I were able to get it to turn on. I was truly looking forward to this not only for the anti-aging benefits but to help treat adult perimenopause acne I've been experiencing recently. I guess I got a bad unit or these are just a truly defective, poor quality product.

Too Hot!
I was looking forward to using this device, but unfortunately, it seems like mine is defective. I carefully read all of the instructions in the accompanying booklet and charged the device before using. I started using the device on my forehead on the red light LED setting. Within a few seconds, it got hot, very uncomfortably hot. It didn't feel like a therapeutic heating pad sort of hot. It felt like an, ow! That's too hot! kind of feeling, that does not feel like it's supposed to be a normal part of the product. My skin started getting a little red from how hot it was. I remembered reading in the booklet: "If the device begins to overheat, turn off immediately." I turned it off rand let it sit and cool off for a couple of hours. I gave it another shot, and again, it immediately started getting very hot. That's clearly not right. I'm done with this product, and I do not recommend it at all.
