I would give these bags a 5 but when pulling these bags out of the bin, the bags tear easily from the top that are precut. Also packaging of bags is tear away and can rip the bag.

Sheer and has holes
Size is perfect, but the material is so sheer and has holes, that requires us to double it up.

We bought a trash can from big box store, the 13 gal bags would not fit , we tried different brands .Then we thought about trying for a 15gal bag ! It works and they are thick !
