Wow flavour
I love my tom yum and have tried a lot of different pastes and stock cubes which in the main were fine this however is the most authentic yet and is absolutely packed with flavour, on first use I followed the 3 tsp to a half ltr of boiling water loosely and used very heaped tsps wow it was flavour explosion so start of carefully and work out your own taste preference, I have rubbed it on pork and chicken and that worked well, there is a basic recipe for soup on the label which works well and can be altered to suit your own taste. Unopened it has two years shelf life and once opened two months in the fridge and six months frozen. I put some in ice cube trays so I can just pop out as I need them. If you like thai I definitely recommend.

Last batch not great
They've missed out the lemongrass in the last batch I bought, tried 4 of the 6 and all the same. Its almost like the ingredients where not coming through in the jars. Very dissatisfied. Batch before great so obviously an issue with quality control. Shifted to a new brand that I trust. So will be giving these guys a miss in future due to the quality issues.

Authentic taste of Thai.
Good ingredient for the soup, or to use when stir frying prawns,chicken or veg. Haven't seen this in many supermarkets so good to find on amazon.

Been trying to get this in supermarkets for ages but no where to be found, just disappeared from the shelves !!! I like to make soup with this, eventually gave up an got it on Amazon, very good price and got 6 , much better than supermarkets prices .Will purchase here in future.

Amazing must-have soup paste for any Thai food fan!
Delicious tom yum soup paste - I only use this product religiously as it is much more healthier than other ones on the market and tastes amazing. Easy and quick to use!

Very authentic taste
It was a joy for me to find this product on amazon as i couldn't get this in tescos's any more as they do their own brand now which is no match for this. This is good brand with very good tasting Thai soup in my opinion and the price for six pack inc. delivery was quite reasonable. Thank you amazon keep it up!

Authentic Tom Yum paste
The flavour and heat is perfect and I find the price reasonable. Great for making a basic Tom Yum soup or for something a bit more complex.
