Easy to install, pretty easy to set up. I do like this door lock a lot! I highly recommend this product. It works great. The decision tree to program the locks is a little complicated, but not overly and once you get the hang of it, programing is pretty easy. I especially like the automatic lock option. It took a little bit to get it working right, but for our casita, it is great! Automatically locks after 2 minutes so that we don't have to worry about trying to remember to lock the door.

Setup was a bit of a hassle getting the choosen code entered registering finger prints and getting it on Wi-Fi was a hassle but install was smooth and easy. Once you get past the setup nightmare it a great product and works well. I love not having to use keys or the keypad just my finger. Great design Solid ProductI RECOMMEND THIS ITEM

The seller reached out to me to offer assistance or a refund, they said they will take my feedback to improve the app, so I changed my review stars. The app doesn’t work well. I set it up and tried to add a user, and then when the user set theirs up, it kicked me out of it. It appears that there’s only one user that can be in there. I also cannot unlock the door from the app, which is stupid.The set up of the device seemed easy, but makes a terrible noise when unlocking or locking. I’ve tried talking with the support people who had us loosen the screws, that helped a tiny bit, but it still happening. Programming codes has been a nightmare, I can do the same thing three times and it will only work one out of the three times. Maybe mine is just effective, but it’s outside the return window, and the Teeho support has not been that impressive.

This lock was very easy to install and program, although it was a bit time consuming. Once programmed it worked as promised.....for about 10 days. The fingerprint reader stopped first, then the lockouts began.. No signal to keypad from the outside so we started using the key. We had to change the batteries (4-AAA) 5 times and the last time, the lock was dead and had no response with new batteries. Because it was past 60 days, Amazon at first said no to return and refund. They eventually agreed to refund all but $15 for the manufacturers "restocking fee". If Teeho takes returns (likely some defective like mine) and resells them to unsuspecting customers, that clearly explains my experience. Will not be buying anything else from Teeho - buyer beware!

The product is easy to use and a simple install for my door. I like the quick one push locking and the fingerprint access. No need to carry keys making it so convenient.

This is a great lock! It is easily installed. The programing is a little tedious, but works great. It notifies us when it is opened, and by whom. I have it installed on a inside door to m garage, so I can't attest to it's ability to withstand the elements. My only wish, is that I could open it using WiFi commands, and could set it up to automatically lock at a certain time. It does have Auto Lock, but only after so many seconds. But, considering the cost, it is a great lock!!!!!

I have bought the product last year on July and had replaced the batteries almost 10x already and have had to fix it quarterly for the buttons and fingerprint to work.Don’t get me wrong the first 2 months was amazing. My family never gave up on it and just have me fix it cause it works so well for us to have easy access.Unfortunately with how much I have spent fixing it is not worth the hassle and money to buy it. I definitely would have recommended buying it if it was more durable and didn’t need to replace battery too often.Forgot to mention that the key pad didn’t work after 8 months.

I use this lock on my entry door from my garage into my mud room. It is so easy to set up and use. The fingerprint feature is the best and very very reliable.
