I find them to be ineffective. They also don't hold a charge for an acceptable period of time. Waste of money, IMO.

I'm so pleased with these hearing aids, it fits very nicely, comfortable and the sound quality is outstanding. So easy to use out of the box, the wheel to adjust the volume is great and no more batteries to buy. I would recommend this to anyone who needs hearing aids, the value for the $ is outstanding.

Compared to other hearing aids of this type, they are ok. Not superior. They pick up background noise. They seem hard to adjust. Either too loud or too soft. They recharge quickly though.

Ear pieces and inserts too large. Thought they were bluetooth. My mistake.

When I first saw them I could not believe how big they are, I thought all hearing aids were small so they would fit easily behind the ear. I use them to hear the TV at home because they are too big to wear in public. The sound quality is not the best either. I am disappointed.

My grandmother has been using these for about 2 weeks now and hasn't had any issues. The charge lasts well and no crackling yet. She said they are great and she would recommend them.

I returned the hearing aids within the return time frame. I paid $347.74 for the hearing aids but only received $47.74 for my return. When I contacted RCA service to inquire as to why I didn't receive my full refund, they stated they only received the charging case back. I told them I returned all the items I received, including the hearing aids. I asked why I would only return the charging case since the hearing aids would be useless to me without the charging case. They stated they would send me a charging case, which I said I did not want since I did not have the hearing aids. Today, I received a package from RCA, which I assume is the charging case. I have not opened the package since I plan to send it back even if I have to pay to return the package. I don't know why they said they did not receive all the items. Maybe someone on their end did not check and verify that I returned all of the hearing aid items. I guess I will just have to check this off as a very expensive lesson I learned about returning things. I have never had any trouble returning items to other vendors before. Very disappointed in RCA.
