Grinding your own beans, more flavorful and this brand is wonderful

So I thought I would give this a shot as I am huge fan of dark roast coffee beans. My favorite are the Italian Roasts, French Roasts, etc. In my house, we have a fancy coffee maker that automatically grinds the beans and makes 8 different coffee drinks. I love the smell of freshly ground and freshly brewed coffee. This purchase I got the Brazil dark beans and initially I compared it to one of my favorite beans and I noticed right off that it wasn't quite as "dark" in color as my usual brand. It smelled heavenly straight from the bag, preground. Aside from the lighter color, I have to say, it did not affect the taste at all. I noticed no difference between my usual brand and this brand in regard to taste or smell. It had that same aroma that my usual brand has when it is being ground and brewed. I will definitely add this to my regular rotation when I can't get my hands on my favorite brands.

My day started off exquisitely with a cup of this coffee. Opening the bag was a treat in itself with the intense aroma wafting out, and it just got better from there.The beans are dark and shiny with oil, roasted to perfection.The coffee has an intense, smoky flavor with hints of chocolate. It has a low acidity and leaves no bitter aftertaste. In short, it is beautiful.I use a moka pot but you can also brew it in a French press, percolator, or drip machine.These are quality beans for true coffee lovers.I have not one complaint about this coffee. It is perfect.(Note: These are whole beans so you will need a coffee grinder.)

These coffee beans are amazing! They grind down well and taste amazing! I love dark roast and espresso and this coffee is as close to espresso in flavor as it gets! I definitely recommend trying this!

This is wonderfully delicious dark roast! I ground some up for a regular cup of coffee and I've used it in cold brew and I have to say it's just what I like about dark roast: rich, bold, chocolatey and just a touch of that burnt nut smoky flavor some dark roasts have. It wasn't weirdly oily or acidic like dark roast can be and I could absolutely drink this every morning. Get this if you like dark roast!

This Ethiopian dark roast is the darkest roast I have ever tasted. I popped it in my espresso machine and it made a very strong shot of espresso. it’s very different than the name brand espresso blend I usually use. They came very fresh and can seal back well to preserve freshness. I like it!

My husband is the coffee drinker in the family and he really enjoyed this coffee. It smelled really good getting grounded and smelled even better when the coffee was being made. He said the coffee flavor was amazing, blended well, and it tasted very fresh.

Rich and robust flavor. Easy to grind. Strong nice smell.
