I love the colors and the elephants in this Bandanwar, and thought it would look festive in the main entrance to our home. However, as another reviewer noted, it arrived with a different construction than that in the vendor photos (minus one star); the side pieces are attached on one side, rather than on each side. To ensure it hangs properly, some adjustment was required.The valance is light in weight, with elements of either brittle molded plastic (minus one star) or tassels made from threads. If the Bandanwar topples from the top of the doorway, those bright gold plastic elephants, and the rest of the plastic, will not survive the fall. We put hooks in the wall, and hung the loops from there to avoid disaster. I started with tacks, but that seemed too insecure.This is cute, but constructed of inexpensive pieces and not put together as shown by the vendor.

I ordered this door hanging because I love anything with elephants. The elephants hang down between the tassels. The tassels are quite full. The elephants, themselves, are gold, accented with a combination of green and orangey-red. There are round beads in those same colors, too. The photo in the description shows a long piece on either end; the one I received as 2 long pieces on the same side (it still looks nice). The whole garland is a bit gaudy (which I kind of like) and made of inexpensive materials. The overall look is festive and fun.
