I got this refill, though refill doesn’t feel like the right word given it was a huge upgrade on color and variety to what I had to use with my 3D pen and I am pretty happy.The 32 colors are a huge improvement on the grey I was previously using. So far the colors are vibrant and varied in a way that feels like I went from pencil to all the crayola colors. I have had no issue with them working with my 3D pen. The filament is easy to load and unload which was something I was a bit nervous about as this is my first third party filament, and it melts smoothly and evenly.The filament is compatible with 3D pens that use 1.75 mm PLA filament which was useful for a friend who had a different manufacturers pen.I had a lot of fun using the variety of these colors and I would definitely buy it again when this runs low.

This is one of the largest assortments of pen filament I have seen, both in terms of the number of colors included, as well as the length of each color, as it's 10 meters of each color. This is actually a reasonably long enough amount of each color to use this filament in a 3D printer to print smaller items if you wanted to.The filament works OK in a pen. My 3D pen is a XYZ Da Vinci, which only works with PLA at a fixed temperature, and had no feeding problems through multiple colors. My daughter made a Kirby model that turned out pretty well.For the elephant in the room, though, this filament definitely had some crackling noises from boiling off moisture that was in the filament. All 3D printing filament is hygroscopic, some more than others, and that is why whenever spools of filament are bought for printers, filament comes in vacuum sealed packaging with silica gel inside. I've had other kits of pen filament in the past that still had vacuum packaging for 1-3 colors at a time. This box of filament, however, contained no desiccant of any sort, and did not have any vacuum packing at all, so the filament is completely exposed to the environment all the time. Had this filament been properly packaged to protect against moisture, it would have been an easy 5 stars. Given this glaring issue, I'd really prefer to give this 3.5 stars, but I've rounded up to 4 since I can't give half stars.

My daughter just got her 3D pen and has already used the filament that it came with. I wanted to order a variety pack that would let her test out her skills and not be extraordinarily expensive if nothing came out correct.This filament snap crackled and popped up a storm when she used it and there were some bubbles, but for the price and given the fact that she is still learning it was ok.

There really isnt a lot of filament here. 3d pens eat through filament very fast, so if youre buying this, buy more than one. I prviously set my 3d pen temperature at the lower end of pla melting, in order to prevent bubvling, but this filament bubbles anyway. Otherwise its decent filament, and its been holding up well where i use it. (I dont use a 3d pen for drawing things in 3d, but to make small objects i need. If the bubbling is a deal breaker if youre making models of things, then you might want to consider a different filament)

I'm absolutely thrilled with the variety of this filiment pack. I'm still learning how to use my pen and wanted some filiment to practice with. This is excellent and lends well to the different projects I hope to try. It is not high end with strict stoarge solutions, its just some plastic tht spins out well from my generic 3D pen but I think its a good starter pack. I can't say enough how much I like the variety and amount of this filament pack.

I bought a 3D filament pen, and was in the market for some colorful filament. This package satisfied my search. It contains 12 popular and vibrant colors. So far, it has fed effortlessly into the pen, and each by-product has turned out well. While it takes some time to get used to this new art form, I am happy that I found this filament at a competitive price and that the package included the most sought-after colors.

a very nice assortment of filament for a 3d pen. theres a very nice selection for you to try out, and you can then pick and choose which colors you like the best to order more. or if you just want something to play around with, this gives you enough to mess with, and then put it away for long periods of time. a nice sample box for anyone to use and try out.

Bought this pack hoping it would work on a 3d printer as opposed to a pen as I was running low on filament and kind of wanted to see how the colors looked but they don't like the speeds that my printer can print at so most prints failed badly. So for those looking at this for a 3d printer and not a 3d pen, look elsewhere.
