Indoor Garden
I’m very excited to get an indoor garden going! I’m hoping to rotate grape tomatoes, strawberries, herbs, and some flowers during the winter. It sounds easy and self sufficient once you get your seeds to germinate in the sponge box. After you transplant them into the pod it will water for you and cycle the light for you.I’ve tried cilantro and oregano and couldn’t get the seeds to germinate. I may have used too much water. I’m trying again with tomatoes! I’m not giving up! This seems too amazing! I’ll update with more photos after I get success!

No Mess gardening
This system was a bit overwhelming at first but the seller outlines the how to steps very clearly. The light is adjustable and the no soil makes for a very clean and easy gardening experience. I planted only a few days ago so we will see how my veggies grow but so far so good!

I would look elsewhere
It's OK for the price. Compared to Aerogarden it's thin. The biggest drawback on this are the sponge hydration method. They're not long enough, and the water mark on there is off. You have to fill this far past the max water line. In order for the sponges to stay hydrated. I was missing one Spongeholder contacted them but never heard anything back out of all tin pod's nothing. Germinand it does not come with any seeds. You have to get your own and I put in lettuce which is the easiest thing to grow.

Good
I have 5 hydroponic systems of this style. This one seems to be pretty good. The system functions as is should.I did not like using the sponges and small container to germinate the seeds. I had to trim the sponges to get them to fit into the baskets and then I put the sprouted seeds with their sponge cubes into the baskets. The sponge above the water line did not retain enough moisture for the sprouts to survive, if I had known this, I would have misted them daily with pure water. They did not extend their roots through the sponges to reach the water level.Using the commonly found squared peat cones, I used this to successfully raise plants for transplantation to soil. I will be growing a batch of herbs next and I have no doubt that it will perform perfectly with the peat blocks. The pump works well and cycles properly. It is very quiet. The light intensity and spectrum is great for its intended purpose.

Silent Pump, Nice Light
This is my first hydroponic setup. I've been growing in dirt for years and have wanted to try hydroponics. My first try with their instructions didn't go well. The seeds I put in their sponges in the separate box didn't germinate. I don't think I did them wrong. The seeds were fresh and grew well in dirt. I put a cilantro in it from the store. It is doing fine.I am determined to make this work, though so I'm going to try other ways to get my seeds to sprout. I just don't think putting the sponges in the box is the best way since it got mold in it before the seeds sprouted. I don't think I had too much water in it either. The instructions are easy enough to follow. The pump runs quietly and the light works. It has two different light modes for different plants.

Save and buy the real one
I really was excited about this. Mine came with missing parts, to where I couldn't even use it.
