Berkey spigot works well
What a lovely spigot/ tap. I liked the plastic one that came with the Berkey, but this is just class! Works well and feels strong and positive to use. Nice flow too.Easy to install. Top class

This spigot is much better than the plastic one. It fits perfectly! It is a quality make as the entire Berkey System. Much easier to clean and maintain!

Very good product but expensive.
I think the Berkey name makes this expensive as I've seen stainless steel taps for far less. In reality the Berkey Water Filter systems should be shipped with these as standard and not the cheaper plastic taps.

Not good quality stainless steel
Ordered it 1 year ago, no complaints apart from the rust that started appearing 1-2 months ago.Not sure the quality of steel is good as it only lasted 1 year...Better than plastic one but i’d expect it to last at least 3 years before things like rust start appearing.

Perfect Berkey Faucet
Very simple directions to install this faucet.I changed out the original plastic Berkey faucet and happy with quality, fit, ease of installation, look of this new stainless one.

Gut mit Einschränkung
Der Hahn schließt dicht und tropft nicht, und das Wasser fließt wesentlich schneller als beim mitgelieferten Kunststoffhahn, so weit, so gut.Zu bemängeln ist aber, daß Dichtung und Metallblende des Zapfhahnes - zumindest beim Travel Berkey, den ich habe - mit dem unteren schwarzen Gummiring kollidieren, der dann über diese Teile gehen muß, so daß zwischen Metallbehälter und Gummiring eine Lücke klafft, s. Foto.Da der Wasserfluß viel besser ist als beim Kunststoffhahn und ich weniger Kunststoff möchte, behalte ich diesen Hahn trotzdem und überlege mir noch, ob ich versuche, aus dem schwazen Gummiring eine Rundung auszuschneiden.Optisch ist das Material weniger blank als abgebildet und weniger blank als der Berkey selber.
