Prepare to fold a lot
These boxes are surprisingly strong for cardboard, which makes them great for storage or even light moving. The construction is solid, and my baby doesn't seem to be destroying them at all. They can support a good amount of weight without collapsing.Warning - be prepared for a lot of folding. Great toy!

Takes awhile to build, but they are sturdy
I knew these were cardboard when I ordered them, but I didn't realize I had to put them together. They come in flat sheets of cardboard with pre-fold marks so you know where to fold them. I didn't realize there were instructions as they were under the cardboard. I had them all folded before I found the instructions. They aren't that hard to fold and look like they will hold up really well. The colors are bright and the letters and numbers clear. They are also bigger than I thought they would be. Might be a little too big for my one year old's fingers, but I'll know more after her birthday. These look like the will give her hours of fun.

Surprisingly sturdy, sized perfectly for toddler and preschooler hands, to be their Big Blocks
Once we figured out the directions, which are really just a series of pictures, putting these together was fairly easy. It actually kind of became a meditative thing with my 20-somethings. LOLI love that this comes in one package with fifty blocks: 10 each of five different colors. But the yellow and the orange are almost identical.A few of the blocks, even before we very carefully took them apart so the cardboard didn't tear, arrived with tabs half torn or seriously bent. See the second and third pictures above. I think they will stay together okay anyway, because those tabs seem to be on the inside once the blocks are folded. I really like how sturdy they seem to be, even though they are simply made of cardboard. The way you fold those tabs into the inside, adds to the internal structure and strength. If the company wanted to send me a couple of replacement blocks for the ones that were torn in spots, I would probably give them five stars and gladly recommend them. But seriously, the one big drawback is that the yellow and orange colors are so nearly identical, that even users not at risk for color blindness and the resulting confusion, will have a very difficult time distinguishing between them.

Assemble easily
These are pretty neat. Comes in a box with alot of them. Takes maybe 20 seconds to put one together. After they are assembled there really durable and stay in place. You can throw them or kick them and they are still fine. My son loves blocks and letters and all that. He really enjoys playing with these and spelling words or building a tower. There lightweight and fun to play with.

Love the Size, Kids Can Play with it for A Long Time
First of all, it came without folding together, this surely is a plus for us, because it serves the purpose to have kids to put them together, and they can use their hand eye coordination skills to assemble these cubes. What we love about this is the size, it is big enough to stack them together, other than just use for letter spelling, it can be used to build a tower, a castle, a house, a barn. and there will be a few pieces that left to decorate or spell a few words. Not only that, they can use these to play math games, identify the object, and play the "I Spy" game. What a lovely idea. Great product, strongly recommend.

Don't be a Block-Head!
These are the perfect ABCs / #s teaching tool for little ones. At least for little ones that don't squeeze, pull, crush things. They're made out of cardboard, and it is somewhat sturdy construction (you put them together) but this is not a long-term teaching item. I suspect that under normal child use, they will last for one, maybe two kids. Then you're going to be without a number or letter. Solid wooden ones would be better, but if you're going cardboard, these are just fine!

Great blocks!
I used to work in childcare and we always tried to have different types of blocks, such as textured blocks, plastic blocks or even cardboard blocks. Now that I have my own toddler I try to get him similar experiences. I got this for him since he also likes to build. So any type of blocks are awesome. The blocks came flat. You have to put them together. While I don't mind, my husband and I made a game out of it, my son on the other hand saw how they were put together so I'm afraid he will try to take them apart. Again, I don't mind, but they do take time and I think I might've gotten a few cardboard cuts on my fingers. The blocks aren't small. I think they're a good size cubes. They also have different colors, letters, symbols and pictures. So besides building you can also try other activities such as sorting, math or even identifying letters/numbers.
