Good quality tea.
Nicely packaged and a good size. Bought it for my wife and I was advised it might need sweetening to make it palatable but she prefers it unsweetened.It’s loose strands so you will need a strainer or infuser.

Interesting 🤔
Wow I regularly have herbal teas but I was not expecting this it looks soooo strange I don’t actually know what it should look like I was just very surprised So it smells nice the taste is extremely strong it tastes a lot like a heap of black pepper in hot water I think you should add something to it like honey or lemons (something) I’m going to play around with a few things and see what I enjoy with it but I’m going to continue to drink this tea as I brought it for the health benefits

A good bitter tea!
Quite bitter - more bitter than dandelion, but then it's meant to be. We apparrently have four basic 'tastes' sweet, bitter, sour and salty and each do something in the body, but the bitters are the ones we leave out the most. This is bitter and totally great for your digestion and liver as it needs bitter foods to help it detox itself from all the poisions it captures from your food, blood, and skin etc, and bitter foods also help it create bile to melt the fats in your colon and also helps create healthy gut bacteria. Bodybuilders tend to love these to detox the steroids from their livers, my hubby loves this too but I have to dilute it quite drastically (one-third / half tspn !!) Lol. Medical Medium rates Cat's Claw highly for it's healing properties so this is Fantastic if you already can handle bitter teas in your healing repertoire!

J'ai retenu cette plante pour une détoxe, principes actifs et antioxydantet surtout surtout pour éventuellement évacuer poisons, déchets et toxines de la lymphe et du sang histoire de d'offrir du bien être aux cellules.....à suivreJ'alterne avec d'autres tisanes-plantes plus douces car j'ai ressenti que "la griffe du chat" fait bien son job... à suivre
