The necklace is perfect! The clasp was not operating fully and the necklace fell off the first week I had it! I messaged the seller and they immediately replaced the necklace for me. So nice to see customer focused sellers!!

I LOVED this necklace when I got it!! It is super delicate though, it broke the second time I wore it and I was devestated!!! I wish the chain was more durable, the chain connects to the ends of the plate so a regular replacement chain won't work for this! It's a beautiful personalized necklace but it will break.
