J.L Bragg Charcoal Tablets 250 pack

I have suffered from severe bloating of the stomach after eating for several years and had tried everything to try and prevent it from happening. I had tried several faddy diets and cutting out certain food groups such as wheat and diary to no avail. I enjoy eating healthy foods such as pulses, grains and beans and vegetables and all of these things would bloat my stomach out to the point of feeling pregnant! I could easily gain several inches around my stomach by after lunchtime and this would make me feel really uncomfortable at work and in the evenings. I was starting to give up hope when I tried looking for a solution online and saw that people would take charcoal tablets to help reduce bloating. I thought this might be worth a go as I had tried everything else but really didn't expect it to work - even after reading so many good reviews.But I must say, I have been using the tablets for a week now and I am so much happier. I just wished I had found this solution years ago! I take one after breakfast and around three or four after lunch time depending on what types of foods I have consumed. For example if I ate a jacket potato with beans I would take four, but after a simple salad only two are usually required.The difference is amazing, foods that used to bloat my stomach out by several inches now have little or no effect and I remain comfortable throughout the working day - which has also reduced the pressure on my lower back caused by bloating. It has helped me feel more confident too, as I used to have to wear baggier clothing to try and hide my inflated belly! My only concern with the product is that it can prevent other medication from being absorbed by the body properly, so I try not to take excessive amounts of charcoal tablets.I highly recommend giving this product a go, and give it a few days to start working properly so it gets into the system, as I noticed far greater results after around four days of taking them.

Always carry these tablets on holiday since my husband was ill on holiday in Tunisia & the doctor gave him charcoal for his bad stomach which cured him almost immediately. Great to reduce wind too, for whatever reason.

Prompt delivery, easy to open flip lid, round in shape maybe 5mm diameter, easy enough to swallow, no real taste, I only take 2 with my breakfast tea as my stomach has always been "bouncy" as a niece once said!

Having suffered with bloating and burping for many a year, what a joy to discover charcoal tablets. Braggs seem to be the ones that really bring relief , not just to me but also to my wife who suffers from irritable bowel syndrome. She now is able to eat her favourite salads without expriencing a gripey, bloated and sore tummy.Eating is once again a pleasant pastime.
