Awesome customer service!
The first cover ripped and the zipper broke on the door and I contacted customer service, where I spoke with Milka and she resolved my issue by sending me a new cover. The greenhouse itself is okay, but it definitely needs to be hidden or tucked away from the wind, as it is not very sturdy in my opinion. Overall, I am happy with this purchase!

It’s pretty dang cool
I love it. It was not super complicated to put together just repetitive steps and you are done. Had held up pretty well in the recent wind storms and heavy rain. Puddled a little in one section but I put a pool noodle there and now no issues. Minor flaw is that some of the window velcros to hold rolled window flaps are sewn to the green house making them unusable. But each window has two velcros so doesn’t stop it from working. Actually thinking about buying a second one. So definitely would recommend.

Good Buy, Just Reinforce
I like that it is affordable, large, easy to setup, tall enough for me. And the one we got has doors instead of the pesky zippers. We had a zipper type one in the past. Belive me get the doors (or make doors), you will be more likely to want to go in and work in your greenhouse. If you have high winds and or snow you might want to reinforce. Two ways we did it, so far. Tucked plastic inside and put our raised beds on it. Wind won't touch it now. For snow we put in extra 3/4 inch pvc hoops and ran them off bottom rails with a T that was 1 inch through to 3/4" up. I may put in non pressure treated 4x4 posts for snow load but we will see. For now super excited. Time to plant. See our pics. I will update this post later. If I remember lol.

Their Customer Support deserves 5 stars here is an updated review
Updated Review: I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars based on Customer service the company reached out to me and fully refunded my purchase. Customer service was 5 star excellent. The design of the kit is good particularly the cover. IMO the kit's only downfall is the thin metal piping used to put together the frame which didn't hold up in my environment. Quite frankly in the correct/proper environment i.e. under 25mph wind imo this kit should work fairly well for most people and it's at a very good price point. If they ever made this kit sturdier by using thicker walled piping similar to emt. I would actually consider buying the kit again even if I had to pay double or triple the price.Original Review: I mounted this using (30) 3/4 emt brackets to a a 4x4 wood base attached to 27" deep anchors. The metal piping used for this seemed questionable but based on the one review that it had withstood 40+ mph wind and 6" of snow we decided to proceed to build it. It lasted exactly 3 days we got 40mph wind gusts yesterday and as recommended by the manufacturer we left the windows and doors open. The wind hit it broadside and the cover acted like a sail and the thin walled metal pipes just collapsed/twisted nearly flat. I am not calling the gentleman who posted it can survive 40+ mph a liar as maybe the wind he experienced was buffeted by a barn or treeline or maybe the wind direction was favorable. But under no circumstances would I recommend this to any friends or family unless their wind speeds do not exceed 25mph or there is a lot of wind buffering i.e. wall, building, windbreak treeline or tightly packed housing to diffuse the wind. All in all we spent about $800 on the total project and it was pretty much like losing $800 at Las Vegas on a single dice roll. We thought we might get lucky but we didn't other than the thin metal poles the kit is pretty well made. I would have been willing to pay more if they made this same kit but using much sturdier 3/4" or 1" emt piping even if I had to supply some of my own piping.

A lot of works
Took about 2 days to put this together , reason took so long was , there was missing bolts and nuts , the instructions is very vague , didn’t mention which bolt to use on which part , the holes weren’t line up right , some poles were bent.Had to go buy the missing bolts and nuts , had to drill some holes for the door handle , as you can see from my picture , it’s not even close to where the frame door handle is !The plastic cover for the doors are way tight, ended up ripping one of them trying to get the door in .The velcro on the plastic door frame and door didn’t line up .Design 8/10, quality 3/10, instructions 1/10, value 4/10, conclusion this would be 3-4/10 , if you really wanted a greenhouse , you’re better off getting a actual solid greenhouse , because eventually you’ll be paid more extra cost just to get this thing build and stable so it doesn’t fly off on a windy day .

Easy to assemble
Was easy to assemble. The instructions should be more thorough though. This one replaces an earlier house that blew over and self destructed. I have anchored this one in ten places and have also installed cord in four places over the top. It seems like it will be sturdy enough and is currently doing quite well in 30-40 mph winds currently. Wife really likes having it. Lots of room inside. Hoping for good results!

Love
I absolutely love this tunnel greenhouse. With some time effort and some money it can be reinforced to withstand some winds. It arrived with everything organized in the box and wasn't to difficult to build . I would of liked to see each page have the type of screw needed either each step . It took longer to build and got confusing having to go back to the front of the manual each time to figure out what screw went with each part . We decided on removing the metal door and added a screen door instead. There's plenty of room for growing crops and also enough room for a potting area and storage for pots and accessories. I liked that there where several windows for ventilation. The velcro is rather strong and takes some effort to get lose .
