This gate latch/lock is simple. Doesn’t require keys or electricity. It’s very low profile. Because of the tight placement of my inside swinging gate, my fence builder could not use the hood intended to hide and protect the cable, but so far so good.

I was suspicious that this wouldn't work; but it does!. Let me begin with why we need it. We live in the mountains, at the end of a street, where people part to go hiking, walk their dogs, and go four wheeling. I felt I needed to lock the gate. This was easy to install, it's durable, and it locks the gate. Easy to unlock (provided you have the combo). Make sure you only share the combo with people you trust!

I didn’t like the price at first but now, I’m okay with it. As a family that goes for walks we didn’t like having to lock the gate and go through the house. It sounds lazy but it just gets old. I seen this on a short video and thought, I’ve gotta have it. Now, it’s one of my favorite things about my house. I can get in the gate without going through the house. I can walk out the gate and know my yards secure. It’s just the cats meow. Install was not hard but kind of a pain to get it all working cohesively. Just one of those things that you need to fine tune once it’s in. All in all, worth it. Weather has not affected it at all either. Still works the same over a year later.

I was a bit hesitant at first but decided to go ahead with the purchase. I've been perfectly satisfied with the product, its durability, and its functionality so far.It's sturdy, relatively easy to install (well, at least it was for me), and works just fine. It has been holding up nicely in the extreme Arizona heat.

Review: Keyless Gate LockRating: 1 StarI recently purchased a Keyless Gate Lock and was extremely disappointed with the product. The package arrived missing a spring, which, while not entirely essential, was a red flag. Despite the missing spring, we proceeded with the installation.Upon completion, we discovered a significant issue: the screws and holes underneath the lock were too small to accommodate the wire, making the entire locking mechanism inoperable. The instructions provided by the manufacturer were unclear and did not address this problem.To make matters worse, the mounting screws provided with the package became stuck, making it impossible to uninstall the lock. This rendered the product completely useless.I would strongly advise against purchasing this product. The poor quality, design flaws, and lack of customer support make it unreliable and ineffective.

Installation is described as a matter of minutes... I don't think so :) Especially the drilling part where you basically need to drill from both sides and try to make the two tunnels meet will take a bit of try and error - it has to be done from both sides if you want to be sure that the holes are where you want/need them to be.The contraption does work, but leaves surprisingly much to be desired.The screws are low quality (very disappointing at this price point) and get used up in no time, leaving little room for try and error.The lock bar is quite short and makes assumptions about both gap size and gate construction. At the very least for the price paid there should be one longer bar, and both of them should have a cross with five holes total so that one can also fasten it vertically if the wood part it gets attached to is very slim like in our case.When closed, the code box leaves a small gap that is still big enough to put in a screw driver and apply some twisting torque to pop it open with force.The weather cover of the code wheels has very slim edges that basically require strong fingernails to move it in either direction.I think the main purpose of this lock is to be functional, it looks good, and it's still a deterrent because burglars don't like to make noise or spend time messing with a lock where they can be seen. But it's not (and cannot be, due to the nature of involved wood) a serious hurdle for criminals.

It was easy to install, and it’s been working great! I love the design so that you cannot see number lock unless you open the cover, which adds extra security. You cannot accidentally leave your lock code as is because door does not lock until you change the code. I’m very satisfied with this product!

Seemed liked the perfect solution for my rear gate…memory lever and lock barrel faulty and would not click into position.

Works well in the two months we’ve been using it. We feel confident in its functionality and security to keep our back gate locked without risk of tampering/nefarious behaviours resulting in gate being left open.

Very clever but simple idea, I was looking for something for my gate but wanted keyless, however most things I looked at was fairly expensive and needed batteries, this ticks every box
