Nu 1 Ton 3 Star 4 in 1 Convertible Inverter Split AC (Copper Condenser, NUAC103SCIA, White) 2023 Model

I had purchased 1 ton AC on mid of August2023.Now I write a review based on the first one month experiences of usage. Good and very fast cooling, silent operation. with an ISER of 3.9, I presume this is one of the better power saving & cheapest 3-star inverter AC's out other brand in the market. The installation processes is very volatile.So some transaparency & control must be establish by brand if they want to led the market ac market. Some parts like external unit mount cost a lot when the installation persons get it themselves. Money can be saved if they can brought separately by the buyers themselves. Another drawback I see with the AC is the lack of LED on the remote. I recommend everyone to surely go for it and bring NU Ac as a new member of your family.

Bought 1 Ton AC , dilivery was top notch (5 starts for that only), delivered next day itself of booking.However got the installation done after 1 week of dilivery after multiple follow ups with the customer care. Further installation charges are exorbitant took 6000/- really disappointing.. AC is working fine however feel company needs to work on after sales service a lot.

It has been almost 3 months, I have installed this ac and the best part is the customer support... For atleast I have received 5 - 6 calls asking how is the product working.. This shows how a company is confident over their product..The ac is working fine and good. The price of the ac for 1.5 is unexpectable... I guarantee no brand can compete with this price... I recommend everyone in this review forum to surely go for it and bring NU Ac as a new member of the family

I was searching for a cost effective good ac for my wife Dance Studio. I got NU ac in suggestion. I clicked it and checked the specs and price everything is as per my wish.But I was sceptical whether to buy, as the brand name is completely new and went ahead and bought it. It was delivered promptly with nice packing.Coming to the product, the outer like is really cool with that green color strip. AC no sound at all. Cooling was very instantaneous without turbo mode. I highly recommend this product who is looking for a new AC...Let's give a shot!

Very bad customer service. Not even a year ac is not working customer service is very bad calling them everydayBut not getting any reply from them. Only one thing they say our technician will contact u in 24 to 48 hrs but no one is calling never buy this product again i would not even give 1 star

This AC's Indoor unit is bigger than the current 1.5 ton window AC provided by other manufacturers like bluestar and LG which I'm using currently in other rooms. To be honest this cools quicker than the others and AC is silent. Complete value for money 💰Go for it without any regrets
