This product arrived and Tim and was appreciated by all. It works well and is easy to hold. I addd cute a Hawaiian decals and it looks so attractive!

This is a really nice quality insulated tumbler. It's interesting to see one with no markings whatsoever - it's a refreshing, clean look.Thermal insulation is excellent with the lid in place. Drinks remained cold for well more than four hours (when I finished it!)It's dishwasher-safe (lid, straws, and tumbler). The closure mechanism is unusual: it's a slide closure, with silicone pads that slide over the sipping / straw hole and a tiny air vent hole.That air vent proved to be a problem. It's tiny - too small to prevent pulling a vacuum on the cup while drinking, and makes it hard to drink that way. I found myself having to take the lid off to drink more comfortably, defeating the purpose.

Revised 2/28The 1st set of cups I ordered had an issue with the lids being slightly too small, and therefore leaking. Through the supplier, I was offered a new set to correct the issue and I'm much happier with the new set. Whatever production issue occurred with the originals is not present here. Though the original 4 all shared the same issue, all 4 work very well on this set.I really like the color of these cups, a nice blue that looks great with the silver portions. Functionally, the lid slider works very well and keeps the water from spilling. The slider is pretty tight too, which is encouraging.Due to the much better quality control and I really am fond of the way the cup looks, I'm raising my score to an 8.5.Recommended 8.5/10

Basic functionality cup

This tumbler has a nice tapered bottom to it so it fits nicely in my truck cup holders, which is a huge plus! The lids seal nicely so when tipped over, liquids don't spill. The only downside is that it doesn't keep liquids as cold as I would like as long as I would like, without ice cubes. It's ok with ice cubes and if replaced every few hours but I need something to last longer than that. Otherwise, it's a nice tumbler. It has both a straw and a slide open drink spout option.

Ordered 2 different colors. Some of the cups are fine but half of them seem to have some construction issue and lean to one side. Already did some laser work on them so unable to return. Had 3 useful cups out of 8 in one box and 4 out of 8 in another.

These cups are crooked, due to being crushed on one side of the bottom. I’m unsure if it’s a manufacturing issue or shipping issue, but they’re shipped with bubble wrap protecting each tumbler. Either way, they look like the leaning tower of Pisa.

To be honest, I think results are going to vary and be subjective to your personal use and expectations. My point, I pour too hot to drink coffee into this cup and within 4 hours it was just lukewarm. Now don't get me wrong, I like this cup. I love the fact that it's a 30oz cup and I really like the narrow base so I can use it in the cup holder, but as I said, results may vary. It comes with a nice firm fitting lid and straw. And having several of these styled cups, I'm confident that cold beverages will fair a lot better with this particular cup. Regardless of my opening comments, I am still pleased with this purchase and I'm sure it will get plenty of use as time goes by. Thank you.

Upon first few uses, this cup is great! The straw is a bit disappointing quality wise but the cup and lid can certainly make up for it. I’ve only used it for cold beverages so far and it lives up to the expectations of keeping drinks cool. Super happy with it!
