Nice to not have to buy a new set of pens every time mine runs out
I’ve been using the same three Pilot G-2 07 pens since high school. As a STEM major, I write A LOT, and these refills allow me to not buy a bunch of new pens every time one runs out of ink. The refills are just as great as the ink cartridge in the original pen, and the lines are clean and dark. The ink takes a couple of seconds to dry, but the ease of replacing ink cartridges and the smoothness of the writing makes it more than worth it. The cartridges last me about 2 months, but as I said, I’m taking notes and writing for hours every day. These ink refills work fantastically :)

Favorite pen.
This is my favorite pen, so it will get a great review from me. I prefer to buy the refill to save a little on throwing away the full pen every time it runs out. No big savings, just some sense of feeling you are adding a little less to the land fill.
