Literally liquid chrome
These pens far exceeded my expectations. I needed to paint the shower arm that was originally brass to match all my new replacement chrome trim pieces. I wasn’t able to replace the arm, so it was the only thing left in the shower that was brass. I was shocked at how easily the paint was applied! It literally melted into itself to make a seamless coat of shiny chrome. I saw streaks at first and got discouraged, but within 20-30 seconds it had all blended like I dipped the whole arm in paint. I used the fat tip for the arm and the really skinny tip for the detail where the arm meets the wall. Was able to get super detailed. This was an incredible buy for $14. Highly recommend!

What do you get for a Spectrum kid who loves gold?
Why these markers of course. I actually originally bought them to use in coloring books, but they were immediately commandeered, so looks like I am going to have to buy another set. I need to remember not to let him at the packages before me LOL Have fun coloring!!!

Appearances Can Be Deceiving..!
And oh does this have a lovely appearance! It looks so smooth and shiny and chrome-y.. but it took me nearly two weeks to get it that way and when I did they took another two weeks to cure so you can touch it!The stuff itself isn't bad.. when (and if) you can get it to apply right, it has the potential to be a thing of tremendous beauty.. and it flows very nicely -for about 10 seconds.HOWEVER...Getting there is a freakin' NIGHTMARE. The delivery system is absolute garbage; it seems to go out of its way to attract EVERY bit of dust & lint -anything that's in the air- & lock it into the liquid before it dries.. which at best takes a good 48 hours..& then a week or two to actually cure. After a week of trying the pens as they came, I finally just gave up & broke one open (it actually screws open, so it's pretty easy), threw out the useless dust producing/attracting tip & treated it like a paint, using a good synthetic art brush -not super soft, not super stiff; a good, flat synthetic works quite well. You can actually make the application amazing on the first couple strokes with a brush! I would recommend that everyone do this & just dispense with the whole 'tip' thing all together. The stuff also sets super, super fast, so you would do well to thin it slightly with a few drops of 99% alcohol (I added a couple of drops of acetone to it as well & it helped the flow a lot, but you have to work fast, VERY fast!Once it's applied, find some place very clean & ABSOLUTELY DUST FREE with no wind or breeze or ANYTHING (like your refrigerator) & keep it there, completely undisturbed, for about a week. True, the cold will slow the curing somewhere, but it's an equitable trade-off, considering that there's no air circulation & it won't be disturbed. One slight touch or just a HINT of the brush of a finger during that week & the whole thing is ruined; you have to remove all the product & start all over.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS PRODUCT, unless you're REALLY patient & very much into experimentation, because out of the box it's gonna give you a crap finish. I'm totally looking for another one to try, but I have a sneaking suspicion that all of them are probably gonna be similar because of what they are; fake chrome in a bottle. UNPERFECTED fake chrome in a bottle.. (I would have given it two stars.. well, really one.. but it's just SO damn pretty (when it works). Unfortunately, the likelihood of it remaining that way for more than a minute or two is very very low..

These are Amazing!
I just started to do wax stamp seals. It was recommended that I use liquid chrome markers to highlight the raised areas on some of my stamps. So I researched and I ended up ordering these. I love everyone of the colors. The star gold, and the champagne gold stand out the most in the golds. The silver stands out, too, the only one that is not quite as liquid looking is the mocha gold, but it is still beautiful against the backdrop of other colors. I didn’t know what an elimination pen was, but it is the greatest thing on the face of the Earth for fixing mistakes, especially when you are dealing with very minute and tiny Lines that you are trying to be accurate at putting the liquid chrome on. I will definitely buy these again! These are my experiments!

For real chrome
This is the first real chrome pen… it worked perfectly and trimmed out the worn out chrome on my driver shift. My husband also clipped the bumper and it is a perfect finish!!

Pretty close to chrome finish
Great for touch up and small areas. Let properly cure undisturbed or it will rub off easily.

Nice finish
Smooth application but does not stand up to the elements very well. Used it for flaws on my chrome and need to reapply regularly.
