A friend gave me a bottle of Semaine Meno Relief Supplement since it had helped her. After using it, I saw a difference, so I bought some for myself. It has given me relief from my symptoms. Night sweats are better, I feel more rested (which is a huge deal for me), and my hair even feels a bit fuller--that wasn't my biggest concern, but I'm really happy about it! I also love the transparency about the ingredients, the research backing the supplement--and the packaging. I love the look, but more importantly, I appreciate that the packaging is sustainable. I've finally, finally found something that works.

I was skeptical at first because I've tried everything: HRT, creams, changing my diet. All of those things have helped a little but haven't really moved the needle at all. I was still waking up drenched in sweat and so, so irritable. I was tired of not feeling like myself. When I got an ad for this on facebook, I ignored it at first because I didn't think something more natural would work, but I really liked that this vitamin company has clinical research to back up their claims.The cost per pill seemed high (but I've paid more for other supplements in the past so I thought I'd give it a shot). Within the first few days, I've noticed my mood has stabilized and I'm sleeping better! I still get some night sweats but HRT didn't even help this much! And I've seen that the results get better the longer I take it. Also, a good side benefit I wasn't expecting? My libido is way better -- I hadn't eve noticed it had waned but I feel like a 25 year old again!I'm looking forward to the better hair quality too because my hair could use it. It might be early days, but I'm sticking with this because it's worked better than all the other things I've tried combined. I say, give it a shot if you haven't yet! It's worth the test!

As an herbalists this product has a good combination of herbs. This product works ok if I take 4 capsules in the AM and 4 in PM, it will then slightly reduce hot flashes but not much else is noticeable. So for 30 capsules ( won’t even last 1 week) the cost then outweighs any potential benefits. Granted not everyone would need to take a many as I do, but to be effective suggesting a single capsule per day is ridiculous. Better off purchasing a different supplement.

Bought this for my mom but did not work as she excepted to. After a whole month nothing changed for her, she still had intense hot flashes

I finally feel normal no more sweating at night, waking up at night, hot flashes etc. I’m so glad im feeling normal again.

I'm a big fan of the Urinary Tract Cleanse and Protect supplement so I decided to try this one out. While I'm not regularly experiencing hot flashes yet I do occasionally battle night sweats. This did the trick with the first bottle - my nights with sweating were reduced drastically. Give it a chance; I don't think you'll be disappointed.
