We were long overdue for a new mattress. We did ALOT, like months of homework! I’m 54 and smack in the middle of menopause. Night sweats, hip pain. I won’t lie and say this took that all away, but between the new mattress and cooling bedding, if I do wake up, I go right back to sleep! It’s such a comfortable mattress. My hip pain has greatly diminished! We don’t feel each other move or get up. The lack of a firm edge is a little off putting until you get used to it. The bonus features are, through Amazon, they will set up and take your old mattress away. We didn’t have to lift a finger! And the bed has a one year return. If we don’t like it, we can return it. We both highly recommend this mattress!!

I window shopped for about a year before deciding on Nectar Premier Hybrid in Queen.I'm insomniac and often wake up couple times a night. I also have some lower back pain.Since I switched to this mattress, my sleep quality increased and pain has decreased.I can sleep though most of the night.Overall comfort is very good. I might have preferred firmer feel but this is perfect too.It does handle physical activity very well too. Will keep actively check how this handles.Now the summer is here and will come back to update this review how it handled the heat transfer and cooling.

Jun2024) Its only been out of the box for 3 hrs. Already in bed and already happy. 14 days in: feeling great. The bed puffed up to its fullest in 3 days. My whole skeleton seems like it's moving back into a more normal position. We've needed a new bed for a long time. I'm sleeping better feeling better now. Its just amazing.

THE NECTAR MATTRESS WAS NOT BAD..ACTUALLY THE QUALITY WAS PRETTY GOOD. THE SIDE MY WIFE SLEPT ON DEVELOPED A SINK-IN SPOT....SO WE DECIDED TO RETURN THE MATTRESS. WE HAD IT FOR ABOUT 60 DAYS OR SO. WE CONTACTED NECTAR...AND THEY ADVISED US TO CONTACT AMAZON.COM. THE NIGHTMARE THEN STARTED. I'VE BEEN A AMAZON.COM CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 19 YEARS NOW. THIS IS THE WORST THEIR CUSTOMER HAS EVER BEEN!! AMAZON.COM SEEM TO TRY VERY HARD NOT TO PICK-UP THE MATTRESS AND REFUND OUR $1933.03 WE SPENT ON THIS MATTRESS. THEY SCHEDULED AND RESCHEDULED THE PICK-UP FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES....CAUSING ME TO RESCHEDULE MY MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS, CANCEL DINNER DATE WITH MY WIFE, AND MISS SEVERAL DAYS AND EVENINGS OF MY PERSONAL PLANS, WAITING ON THEIR PICK-UP WHICH DIDN'T HAPPEN UNTIL I HAD SPOKEN WITH 4 DIFFERENT SUPERVISORS AND FINALLY WRITING EMAILS TO THE EXECUTIVE TEAM! WHICH FINALLY RESCHEDULED MY PICKUP AGAIN, A WEEK LATER.THEY NEVER OFFER TO COMPENSATE ME FOR ALL THE LOST TIME AND ENERGY I USED WAITING FOR THIS PICK UP TO HAPPEN!THEY JUST DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE AT ALL!!THEREFORE, A NECTAR MATTRESS MAY BE A GOOD MATTRESS FOR YOU TO TRY. JUST DON'T PURCHASE IT ON AMAZON.COM IF YOU'RE CONCERNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASPECT OF YOUR PURCHASE!I'VE SAID THIS BEFORE AND I'LL SAY IT AGAIN....AFTER JEFF BEZOS LEFT AMAZON.COM AS CEO...CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DECLINED........78%!!

Slept on a used bed before and before that on couches so my opinion might be flawed compared to other. Yea you wake up sore but it is from muscle tension release and to me that is a win as I struggle less throughout the day to warm up. I also lost weight from staying asleep through out the night

I really needed it a bed and I could afford to make payments on it I wasn't expecting much...but this is my favorite bed I've ever had ...will buy again when I upgrade to a larger size

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but I have to in this case. This mattress is NOT medium firm as advertised. In fact, it is extremely soft and sinks in about 12" when you sit on it. The springs can be felt protruding from the sides, and after sleeping on it for less than 2 weeks, I am experiencing a lot of pain. It juat feels cheap - I have slept better on mattresses that cost half the price. Although Amazon promptly refunded my money, they did not offer to pick up the mattress, leaving me with the hassle of getting rid of it. I would have preferred if they had arranged for the pickup. I'm glad they've reduced the price significantly, but I still wouldn't recommend buying it.
