I was expecting some cheap particle board and materials considering the price, but I was shocked to see how sturdy it was! I recently moved and have been building a lot of new furniture and the instructions provided have been the absolute best and very descriptive to ensure you’re not placing things the wrong way. It took no time to put it together and my dog has sufficient room to spread out. My favorite part of this crate (and the main reason I purchased it) is that the food bowls are inside the crate. It’s adjustable to your dogs height and it swivels so you don’t have to reach in there to grab them! The quality of the handles is subpar but not a deal breaker. I was surprised by the cheap plastic but everything else about this crate is beautiful and worth every penny!

Although heavy and cumbersome to wrestle into the house, once opened every thing was accounted for and in good shape. Some of the instructions are misleading but nothing that can't be corrected once started. Easier to work on, up on something higher than the floor to get better access to the bolts. Once together every thing worked as advertised and so far very happy with my purchase. Nice looking piece of furniture as well.

LOVED building this dog bed. So easy to build, the fact everything was lettered and numbered made it a million times easier. The bed is big enough for my boxer to grown in to and has just the Perfect amount of room that he will be able to get up and stretch in! Love the fact the food bowls can be switched from inside to outside by the ease of one little lever. Really satisfied with this product!

Assembly was fairly easy for just myself. I did get the large cage for my 20lb dog. I like that he has room to move. Everything was clearly labeled and made parts check easy. Food and water access is easy, it is adjustable for all dog sizes. Think my only complaint would be the cheap plastic handles on doors, I could not get them fully tightened in and the single door lock. It shows a double lock in pictures, but came with a single door lock (which is why I gave 4 stars). Overall, as far as I can tell…this crate is very nice and durable. I do really like the design and that it is a functional shelf.***Edit to add…functional for small to medium sized dogs. My larger pup, yellow lab mix, can not fit inside crate!!! I included a picture of him investigating the crate but he doesn’t fit inside. Don’t recommend for large dogs.

This should not be advertised for large breeds, or breeds that have escaped other creates. (4) 1" screws to hold BOTH doors closed, will not hold a larger dog. Latches should have secured to the metal frame, not the particle board. The base flexes, should have been designed with a 2 braces perpendicular to the width , this would greatly aid in the base rigidity. It's pictured with latches on both doors, only 1 side has latches, so you cannot independently close the doors to aid in training. Do not expect this crate to hold a dog that weighs any more than 25 lbs that wants to get out of it. I can probably find a better way to latch these doors, but most people would end up wasting their money. And this is the largest model. Oh and the door handles are a straight up joke.This crate should be advertised only for dogs that are already crate trained, and used to being in a crate. It should not be advertised for escape prone dogs at all. 0 security. I can probably install something to make it betterThe good? It assembled easy for someone that's mechanically inclined and able to lift something that's awkward. It looks nice.

Beautiful and strong enough to hold my husky’s attempts of breaking out (out of boredom). I was a little worried he’d figure out the spinning door but so far so good. Be aware though.. it did take some time to put together. Well worth it!

Very pleased with this crate. Ordered a different one first and it was such poor quality I returned it. This one was cheaper, and is far superior in every way. Very well engineered, love the open concept and so does my pup. The food bowls on the rotating door are very clever. Assembly instructions were easy to follow, everything has a letter sticker making the parts easy to identify. One recommendation, get yourself a socket wrench with a hex bit for the screws, using the included Allen key would have taken forever to assemble. Only minor complaint is the food bowls were labeled with a letter sticker (unnecessary) and they put the sticker in the bowl which left a stubborn sticker residue on the bowl. Overall very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend!

Everything is great except I feel that the one I received was possibly used and returned. The box it came in had several different types of tape holding it together and some very clearly older than the rest. Plus the corners are damaged. No huge deal, would like a discount for the issue though… All in all. Great product. Easy to put together. And plently of space for your loved one.
