Stainless Steel Slotted Spatula

This spatula is built well. The stainless steel is fairly rigid but yet it has a bit of flexability. This utensil will work great with my cast iron skillets or dipping a boiled egg out of a pan. I will use it when removing tomatoes from a boiling bath which removes the skins. Even when making donuts, it will be used to drop them in the hot oil and for dipping them out. The list is endless. The price is very reasonable and I had a fast delivery. I am trying to eliminate my plastic utensils and change them out for the stainless steel.

The metal portion of the spatula is thick enough stainless steel so it doesn't bend where you don't want it to. And instead of having the angle being up near the handle, the bend is near the tip and that makes it easier to use in a tight pan without getting your arm in a weird position. The handle is also wood so it doesn't melt when resting on a hot pan.

Can not cook without this. BUY ONE ASAP!!! Seriously!!!!!

The shape, size, material, sharpness and flex are all excellent IMO; as a spatula, it works quite nicely. The only "problem" arises in the cleaning. The width of the slots is so great that when you try to sponge off the head of the spatula, the sponge presses through the plane of the slots so that you cannot easily wipe across it. Yes, you can readily sponge "with the grain" but that is often not as efficient. A quibble, yes; but it could have been better engineered.

I use cast iron cookware, & this spatula is perfect!!!

Well made nice and thin, i dont use it on my coated pans though as it might scratch them.

Good quality and perfect for my kitchen job
