Having had this since October the canopy has not coped with the weather well. It gathers water when it rains which has meant parts of the canopy have stretched and will now always gather water.The structure is solid however it is starting to show surface rust around it.I contacted the supplier and they said it's not to be left out in harsh weather. This is a contradiction for a waterproof canopy that has screw/peg holes on the feet so it can be tied down. This makes the product useless to me, it has to be built and it's not possible to dismantle and rebuild based on the weather. There's plenty of gazebos/canopies on the market for that purpose.I was initially very pleased with this, it's solid, fairly easy to build and looks good, however it's been a waste of money as it's in poor condition after less than a year.

Instructions not very clear. Not as strong as I thought it would be. The small top canopy was so tight it was extremely difficult to put on. In fact the pole bent in the process. Despite the side shelves it is not a very rigid structure. Advertised as a BBQ canopy which suggests you can cook under it but then instructions say you cannot as canopy is not fireproof.

I bolted mine to the patio making it a very rigid structure. The cover is well made but wasn't very waterproof until I used some spare tent waterproofer on it

I am extremely disappointed in this product-at less than a year old the canopy is weathered and has collapsed on one side despite being in a sheltered patio.On several of their agents websites the canopy is listed as weatherproof.It clearly is not.I contacted Charles Bentley direct as I felt that at less than a year old there should be a warranty or guarentee on the product.Not so from them-rude and obstructive manager who claimed they do not even have spare parts despite my willingness then to pay for a new canopy.The gazebo now just looks extremely poor.I am not convinced by the manufacturers argument that they do not stock spare canopies.Their customer relations is poor,if not aggressive, to say the least.

I ordered one of these for the caravan decking area. They are now on about 20 caravans on the site as everyone asked where I purchased them and odered through amazon. The company need to say they are perfect for caravan decking areas, as normal gazebos are too wide. We had to leave the shelving off as you could not walk through it, it's screwed to the decking and is perfect without the shelving. Excellent quality.

Does what it says easy to assemble worth what you pay.
