Missing models, no software updates
Take care if ordering to reset your battery management system. This device resets SOME models from each of the manufacturers listed but NOT all models. Nexas Tech's customer service team do not reply to emails. Kept for the OBD diagnostics functionality but useless for BMS reset.UPDATE: 1 year later and still no updates, got a reply eventually saying there would be twice yearly software updates but 18 months after purchase and still nothing.

Handy to have.
Editeded review,I bought it for reseting bms battery lights after installing new batteries to customers cars. It seems to struggle connecting to some vehicles, although I have successfully reset some bmw models. I did a 2014 Ford focus ecoboost today, this item could not reset it electronically but it did give me step by step information to reset it manually. This handheld is not perfect, but it is worth having at this price .
