Oriental Heritage Essence Pack Natural Herbal No Artificial Clean Facial Pore Moisturizing Hydrating Soap Bar 100g

Its a pretty ok facial soap bar. There is a nice subtle (yet pretty strong) herbal scent. I can't quite put my finger on what the scent is but its like a cross between herbs and sweet florals - quite an appealing flavor but not familiar. The bar suds relatively well and does leave my face feeling clean. To be honest, it feels a bit too clean. I have pretty sensitive skin and it did not appear to give me any discomfort or irritation. Pretty good all around.

This “Oriental Heritage Essence” bar of soap from Jaunkyeol arrived as shown on the listing here. I wasn’t too sure what to expect for a fragrance when I ordered this bar of soap, and after unboxing the soap, a familiar fragrance hit me, that of Patchouli Incense. I looked over the ingredients, and I saw numerous extracts, Latin names… I did however locate Patchouli in the list of ingredients under it’s Latin name, “Pogostemon Cablin Oil”. So, that explains the Patchouli aroma I immediately noticed with this bar. If you like the scent of Patchouli incense, you’ll find something very similar to it with this bar of soap. There are numerous other extracts in the list of ingredients, however the most recognizable aroma that I pick up on is that of the Patchouli Oil (Pogostemon cablin) that is present in this bar of soap.The packaging for this bar of soap is nice. Within the cardboard box is a paper wrapped bar of soap that is round in shape. The box features all the important information about the soap such as the company, where it’s made, ingredients, etcMost of the time, I use bar soap when I bathe. It's a preference of mine, also bar soap tends to last longer, easier to shave with (I'm not a shaving cream person), also I prefer the variety of bar soaps out there. This bar of soap is about average density for a bar soap, it softens up in the shower easily. The lather created is a bit thicker than other bar soaps I’ve used, which is welcome. The scent is present, a bit on the stronger side. The soap cleans well, rinses well, it leaves a bit of a scent behind, though as the day wears on the scent gradually fades. Overall, and interesting bar of soap with a Patchouli incense type of scent. Made in South Korea.

This is a typical glycerin soap bar. The scent reminds me of incense. It has a nice lather and packaged nice. I feel that it is high priced for a bar of soap It is made of natural herbs. My face felt dry not moisturized after it was washed.

I like the herbal scent of this. It lathers nicely. My skin feels clean but tight and dry after using. I find using a toner and moisturizing cream afterwards helps.I hope this review helps

First thing I noticed after opening is the scent, it smells strongly of patchouli, and maybe a regular scented incense stick, at least that’s what my nose smells. If you like the scent of patchouli ( which is not in the ingredients, that I could find), you will definitely like the scent of this cleansing bar, it’s pretty potent to. This essence bar is a good size at an inch thick and 2 5/8” wide. It feels similar to a bar of soap, so kind of a wax texture.Once wet, I started to get a good lather pretty quickly on my hands, i wet my face, then massaged my hands on my face, my face lathered well, with a pretty strong scent going. It rinsed off very easy. After, my face felt VERY clean, it wasn’t super moisturizing on my skin, so it did feel a bit stripping but without over drying my face, so I would definitely follow up with a moisturizer after. I do have dry, sensitive skin, but I had no redness, irritation, rash or burning while using, or after washing off. I do get whiffs of the scent still on my face every now and than though, so if you don’t like any type of scent in your skin care products, I would definitely skip this one.This soap cleansing bar will definitely last you a long time, so I’d say you get your money’s worth for sure. Overall, scent is ok depending on your preference, has some good ingredients, and cleaned my face really good, bar will last me a while, and i would recommend. From the date of my review, mine has an expiration date of December 2023.

I honestly can’t decide if I like this Oriental Heritage Essence Pack Natural Herbal No Artificial Clean Pore Soap Bar or not… it does have a really nice lather to it, and it leaves my face feeling squeaky clean which I absolutely love. I know, I know that’s not actually good for your skin, but it what I like so don’t come for me.But it also has this really strong potpourri scent that I really don’t like… and it seams pricy for the ingredients in it as well. Overall it’s ok… would be better if it were half the price though in my opinion.

This soap is packed nicely and looks attractive. The size is generous. Supposedly this soap it is beneficial for your face. I won’t be using it, though, because the fragrance is too strong and I am very sensitive to fragrances. It can make a nice gift for someone with skin concerns.

I am in love with the scent of this soap! I have tried to figure out what exactly the scent is, I would buy a perfume that smelled like this and swim in it! It is an earthy smell but is also a bit flowery. Exotic. I also love patchouli and sandalwood (just so you know what I like and compare it to what you like) Oh! It also lathers up wonderfully. =)
