I bought this as it was recommended by a friend for weight control. First, it arrived with the lid cracked, although the inner seal seemed intact, I felt like the product was compromised. I did, however, give it a try to compare with other similar products. The taste by itself I found objectionable, though the calorie count is lower than a couple of other similar products, and the cost is higher.. I think you're paying for the name here. My friend uses simple syrups and protein additives for taste, so I even though the calorie count is lower, if you're adding other products for taste and protein, you're adding calories as well as higher costs. The other products I tried were much better tasting and much easier to mix. This product did not mix well in a glass with simple stirring..... some kind of blender would be required to make it smooth, while the others I tried were easily blended in a glass for a quick pick-me-up or low cal meal replacement So NO!! I'm not going to the trouble of getting out the blender and additives to make this work for a higher price than the others, MRS worked much better for me.
