These sun-dried tomatoes have a slightly tougher texture compared to the ones I typically purchase. Additionally, the taste leans towards the milder side. However, I may still lean towards my usual brand in the future due to personal preferences.

I ordered the sun dried organic halves but got the julienne cut so am reviewing those. Tastewise I can't imagine there is much difference.The texture on these is a little tough, more so than the ones I usually buy. The taste is also a little more bland. But hey, these are still useful and I will finish the bag.I soaked them in olive oil and then for one meal added to the top of a cauliflower crust pizza margherita. They plumped up fairly well, still a tad tougher to chew than my preference. I also tried in olive oil on cream cheese smeared crackers with a bit of tapenade and that was pretty tasty.I like that they are organic and unsulfured (with no added sugar!) That may affect the texture somewhat so I'm willing to make allowances there.So, if you don't have an easy source of sun dried tomatoes locally these can do the job. I'll probably stick to my usual brand for now.

I typically by sun dried tomatoes in a jar with some oil in it. So this one feels very dry and very hard. I need to look up how to use it properly otherwise I won't appreciate the product. It is hard to slice as is and hard to eat as is so I probably soak in some oil or maybe put some in a soup... It smelled wonderful when opening the package. Just tricky to use it as is. If you know how to use these kind then OK.I realized that I received a 'Halved' package instead of 'Julienne' I ordered. Julienne would be easier for me to use...

I got these because the kids have been wanting to make homemade pizzas for a bit so I figured these would be a good addition. They came packaged just fine with no spills. On getting them out they are pretty chewy so I heated some olive oil up a tiny bit and let them soak. That made the perfect. We assembled the pizza and threw them on. They tasted pretty darn good and the kids even liked them. All in all, this is a great topping, you just need to soften them up a little before use.

I enjoyed these as a snack for a few days, and they were nice to chew on. I liked that it wasn't sweetened, and the julienned parts were easy to chew on.

These are a little chewy, but still delicious. I got these because I wanted to make a favorite recipe of ours that is chicken with feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes. I cut them smaller than the halves to help spread them out over the chicken and they worked great in the recipe. It helped that the steam from the chicken helped soften them up a bit. It turned out delicious!!

(I suspect this has to do with the tomatoes' natural potassium levels, since it doesn't indicate there is any added salt.) They aren't terribly soft, but chopping them smaller helps.

I ordered julienne cut, but received half cut.The sun-dried tomatoes are very thick, chewy pieces with excellent flavor. I usually get julienne cut of a different brand, and they are much more tender and easier to chew. I would recommend using these Antolia sundried tomatoes in dishes where it can rehydrated with some of the liquids a little bit.
