I bought this specifically because I thought it DIDN'T have any essential oils in it. Zero information about the essential oils in the description, but loads of information about the salt it supposedly has in it. I decided to take it apart, which was relatively easy to do, and all that's inside is a paper pad soaked with essential oils. Absolutely ZERO salt. Complete garbage product. Would NOT recommend.

This actually has helped me a lot with stopping vaping It doesn't have that strong of a flavor It kind of reminds me of Vicks vapor rub a little bit but weirdly enough the fixation of hitting a vape pen and needing to vape is satisfied by just hitting this, It's not like a vape pen where it has a lot of pull It is a lot more like free flowing air But I'm pretty surprised at how much it is satisfying my need to vape Definitely ordering more!

It does help with the oral fixation of smoking or vaping. It is not of good quality as far as design durability. Mine arrived with a part falling off and the part did not last more than three days. Whatever is inside does not look or smell anything like Himalayan salt. It has a very strong chemical odor that caused headaches for me. I never get headaches from a Himalayan salt cave or salt inhalers.

Perfect no oder item, will definitely be reordering!

I’d like to know any down side…. is the salt from a healthy source…..If it’s air and a good sourced salt… I think it’s genius

I guess when a person has quit vaping and smoking and then try this. Yeah it's better than nothing for sure but I feel like someone could come up with a better idea for flavors 😔Idk. Just didnt help much . Kinda waisted money
