WORKED GREAT, EASY TO SETUP
Had 17"x17" tile. Both suction cups were unable to lock due to where holes needed drilled. The suction cup held so tight one was able to stabilize for drilling. Put soaked sponge into hole saw to supple water to keep it cool and it cut very fast and clean.

Hi Quality stone working system
Thought the product was great, just what I needed to drill through our granite counter top to install a new faucet. Could not be happier. The suction pads were well strong enough to hold the bit still, they way they fit together on the bit helped hold the bit straight. During drilling the bearings used to guide the bit did not crawl up or down, held steady and true, did not bind. I have seen other systems for doing this but at a much greater cost. The diamond on the bits while nickel plated held well and worked well through the whole 1.5 inches of drilling. Just let the bit and the drill do the work, additional pressure was not needed. Trying would have ruined the bit before the job was completed.

Decent bits for limited use. The suction cup does not work
The bits can be used for a few holes each on porcelain tile. So worth the purchase if you have a small job and don't want to spend the money for higher quality for multiple bits. The suction cup/jig, I give 1 star. The roller bearings are good, but zero suction. Do not rely on it as you may scruff up the surface of your tile... or it will walk and you'll have a misplaced hole. You could try clamping it to a flat surface, or buying something else.

Definitely worth the money
I took a chance on this tile hole saw kit and it's worth every penny. The suction cups worked very well on polished no textured porciline tile. I got the set with the gold bits and I used 1 bit on a job and made 17 holes and it looks like it could cut 20 more. The bit has almost no wear so far. I recommend and will be buying the bits again. The suction cup keeps you in perfect alignment and allows you to plung in straight instead of 45 degrees like you usually do. I used it to hang towl bars and mirrors in a bathroom I just tiled to the ceiling. Just start slow with medium presure and increase the speed to medium once you are about 1/8 inch into the tile. Add water by sponge every 30 seconds or so.

Worked great!
I bought this product back in November but I am just posting a review as I was just able to use them recently. They worked beautifully, the suction cup guard was perfect and allowed me to make perfect circles in my tile. I was cutting porcelain tile that’s 1/4 inch thick and while it took a bit to get through the material, it cut it flawlessly. Would purchase again!

Don't bother
First, have a look at the pictures. I burned up 3 bits trying to drill a 1/2" hole through 1-1/8 granite. I even used water to keep the bit cool. Ultimately I finish drilling the hole with a regular masonry bit. I couldn't use the jig, because it didn't have enough adjustability to drill a hole in the space between the backsplash and sink edge. I ended up using a piece of plywood with a hole drilled in it to keep the bit from walking until I got the hole started. Awful product.

Didnt work well at all
The suction cups did not hold well at all on porcelain tile.I tried drilling using 2 different smaller bits and could not get through a single tile and the diamond was completely worn off the bit rendering it useless.
