Good soy sauce needed bigger bottle

Amazon's Asian grocer department doesn't disappoint. I use this for my Thai dishes. Also use a couple tablespoons in my slow cook beef stew. Delicious

I use it to marinate chicken wings and it is awesome!

The flavor is fantastic.

I use shoyu daily in everything but after researching this dark soy sauce and purchasing it is really hard to go back to basic soy sauce. This shoyu actually elevates and enhances whatever recipe it calls for it. I am so happy I stumbled on this brand and that Amazon carries it. Try checking all of our stores in the area and there was nothing. I purchased two more bottles.

Dark soy is needed for lo mein. This one has great flavor!

I have purchased this same product previously. It has a smooth dark color and a small amount goes a long way

Dark soy sauce tastes good. Dont use it in recipes that call for regular soy sauce though, its flavor is too overpowering.

Excellent in any chinese dish; it is a little salty so, be easy on your stir-fry. I like to combine it with the regular soy sauce

Really not needed in any stirfry would never buy it again
